I was trying out this place because my work given us a free Raising Cane's lemonade redemption card that Raising Cane's given to them to support our work event. I didn't think of trying this place until I got this free card to use. I decided to try the crispy chicken sandwich with fries and got the kids meal for my 2 year old. The crispy chicken sandwich was delicious as well as the fries. I like the sauce they used in the sandwich. I don't remember when the last time I had these kind of fries and it's yummy. My son loves the tenders, fries, and lemonade from the kids meal. The portion amount was great since he doesn't eat a lot. He loved the toy it came with in the kids meal. I didn't even know they had that! He got the yellow dog window cling. Super cute! Now we got to try to collect the other two toys. I would definitely come here again and recommend to friends and family. Came on a late night and was glad that it was open! The guy at the counter waiter on us patiently as we tried to get our order figured out. We got the 6 piece combo. We asked for the fries to be extra crispy and for butter on both sides of the bread. While the fries didn't look any crisper than others, it tasted good enough. The combo of the chicken, bread, fries and coleslaw was good! We washed it down with some lemonade and it was a great fast food dinner. We'll be back again soon! read more

The shrinkflation this new year is crazy. They wouldn't give sauce even thought I only wanted 1, so you have to ask, they won't give out coleslaw anymore even though you pay for it unless you ask. Sad that another place in upland has gone down hill. read more

This place sells 4 food items: chicken fingers, French fries, coleslaw, toast. You would think that, with so few moving parts, it would go smoothly and you would get exactly what you ordered. Especially when it's late and there's nobody else in line, and especially when it's not really cheap for what it is. Every single time I make a substitution, it's wrong. "No toast, extra coleslaw" I get two toasts, no slaw. "No toast, extra fries" I get the normal plate. I don't really get it. I enunciate my words and have a standard American accent. They even read it back to me and I confirm it, and then it's wrong. The fries are usually seasoned well and the chicken is usually hot and fresh, though the size of the tenders vary dramatically. The toast is a buttered hot dog bun, which is why I attempt to skip it, and the Cane's sauce is something I would whip up to impress my toddler. read more

To whom it may concern: First off let me say I hate to yelp-but I did call the customer service number -spoke to a gentleman and he told me if you order the "extras" (chicken only) you don't get the sauce -I think before someone yelps we should give the business a opportunity. No canes sauce with a 6 piece side of chicken is a policy. Soooooooo I went to Canes because I love the chicken fingers and sauce! Since they do not have any healthy options as sides -I opted to get just the chicken. I got home and discovered that if you order just the chicken they don't provide the sauce-you have to purchase it-even when I ordered the gentleman did not ask me if I wanted to purchase it. So that kinda sucked, Not only that I received my chicken finger in a tiny cramped container and with the hot chicken it became soggy -and I am quite certain they pick all the little pieces when someone orders just the chicken only or Canes chicken has gotten much smaller. Canes you have a good product, really crazy that if people want to opt out for fries, bread and coleslaw -not healthy options they do not receive the Canes sauce-see me below eating canes with ranch. Also see the calories on everything -funny thing is the canes sauce is 190 calories. You gotta LOVE these chicken strips they are good, the French fries are fabulous and the bread, oh the bread it is good too! A few days ago I finally went back to this Canes. It was around lunch time but not too busy of a day. The drive thru was busy, but the inside was not. The customer service was really good. They greeted me on entry and my order was ready! The inside of restaurant was really clean and the temp was really cool as it was a bit hotter that day. I ordered the 4 chicken tenders, fries, 2 Texas toasts, 2 canes sauces, and a sweet tea. Half of it was super delicious as I saved the other half for my daughter for when she got home from work. Common problem with this location is under cooked fries, even when asking for extra crispy. I wish they would just tell you they can't do extra crispy. It's frustrating to ask for extra crispy chicken and fries only to get soggy under cooked fries and regular cooked chicken. Chicken still good but fries get tossed most of the time.
