Well I guess what can you expect on an excellent service when its an hour to closing time! Reading all the reviews that had a common or most comments on bad service and messing up orders ! Our visit here was kinda a mediocre experience! Grandkids wanted burger here so we decided to come to this location. Ordered from the kiosk and grandkids wanted their own customized burger. A dining seating area that accommodated 7 people was at the corner of the restaurant. Table was sticky like not wiped down after the last customers' use! The Family Charbox orders finally came but with 2 burger orders messed up. One Customized Hamburger without tomato had tomato; With bacon came without!!! Another customized hamburger was ordered with avocado, bacon and pickles which were missing as well! Had to go the counter to ask for all the missing items, no apologies but gave the 4 pcs of bacon strips, a small containers of guacamole and pickles. One staff had an unfriendly attitude like very unwelcoming which was very obvious to my granddaughter who observed her. Food is good, customer service is alright. They handed us a dirty box through drive thru. I went inside and the drive thru girl had major attitude when I was trying to get a replacement box and a bag while I was at it since I went through the drive through for a reason. Then the back chef said "have a nice day" honestly, he should've saved it. I was already having a nice day until they handed me a dirty box that got my sister's car dirty. I did tell them I'm a "yelper" so here I am. This was Saturday Morning. 6/14/2026 around 11am/12pm... did not have time for pictures of this nonsense since we did need to meet some friends somewhere and we were running late. Came in for late dinner (7 people).No warmth welcome. So so, no hi no hello no welcome. Service not good.,Ambience feels uncomfortable and feels like a bother than a customer. Food was ok but seems like meat has been cooked a while (cold and on dry side) Also missing bacon and avocado with a couple of orders. Not sure if we want to visit this habit again. Today I went to The Habit in Rialto on Renaissance tonight on way home. The Drive thru hours are until 11pm. I ordered 3 kids meals at 10pm, waited about 10 minutes in line. I live 5 minutes from this Habit and the hamburgers were cold and the fries were not only cold but hard!! I am so disappointed and the kids were sad. We warmed up the burgers but can't do much for the fries. I spent 27.00 for cold food. read more

I enjoy Habit, especially the green beans. It's always my preference to get lettuce wrapped, but it seems like they use a whole head of lettuce to wrap my burger. I usually add extra toppings to balance out the lettuce, but nope....that just makes them give me even more lettuce. Needless to say, I still enjoy my Salad Burgers. read more

I ordered a steak sandwich and some onion rings and the bread on the sandwich was completely wet. Like bread, floating in dish water. It cost me $22 so I just wanted to call and you know say the bread was wet and gross. & I couldn't consume it and she told me to contact them online and maybe get a refund or another sandwich in the future, but when I try to contact them online, or fill out the little complaint form that they have it didn't work it just kept saying I'm entering an invalid time a time I read from the receipt. It just makes me mad when you spend $22 on a sandwich because you haven't eaten all day and the bread is soaking wet. Wet bread grosses me out. read more

The lady with red hair and tan windbreaker jacket was noticeably high. She reeked of marijuana and her eyes were so red and low i barely noticed they were open. She was so rude taking our order and then left to go gossip with her coworkers. The store was such a mess I can't understand how they had time to talk when almost all the tables needed to be cleaned. The drink area was so dirty and sticky. There was no chiles in the bowls. There was trash and fries on the floor. A man had to ask them to wipe down a table for him and his family and they finally started working instead of talking. The girl wiping the tables still carried all her gossip on the headset while wiping down the lobby. Overall I usually have an amazing experience here but this manager is too high to lead a team. So we called in and spoke to a friendly young lady over the phone . She repeated my orders again to confirm The service were fast and our food still hot . Our sweet potato fries were soggy limp , the onions rings were crispy but gosh it's so salty . Oreo shakes were thick and delicious according to my little girl. Sat in drive thru for over 20 min, when I got my food my fries were cold. I asked for refund and they said they don't do refunds. I asked where was the sign that stated that, and they couldn't shoe it to me. Manger Lexi, asked if I want my fries remade. I asked her what are my options and she said remake fries or store credit. I asked for store credit. She then hands me the food, again I ask for store credit. So...I've been to a handful of Habits, even the original Santa Barbara location. Tonight, though, I regretted spending $30 for a horrible meal and unfriendly service. Well, not completely unfriendly, but certainly not friendly. I usually get the sandwiches or burgers, but tonight we ordered a chicken nugget meal and 2 kids' chicken nugget meals. The nuggets were SO dry, and the Oreo shakes tasted/smelled a bit like metal--like the hot blender blades that mixed the shakes. Even worse, the fries were pretty sub par too. "I had a distressing experience at the [Renaissance marketplace ] Habit Burger yesterday evening, around [9:15 ]. Coming off a challenging shift at Starbucks, I was looking forward to a simple hamburger. - The initial cashier responded to my order with mockery, making audible comments to coworkers and repeatedly turning her headset on/off while laughing. - When I clarified my order (a double cheddar meal), she mocked my accent. Asked about cheese options, I requested to see them, and her response was dismissive, followed by more laughter with staff. - She then spoke negatively about me in Spanish to colleagues, thinking I wouldn't understand, and passed my transaction off rudely to another staff member (pink hair) who was also really rude - The gray-shirted staff member (possibly a supervisor, due to her actions and demeanor) approached the window, and when confronted about speaking Spanish about me (since I understood), her "apology" was curt and lacked sincerity, essentially saying 'sorry' with an attitude and pushing for payment. - Feeling belittled and bullied, especially after a tough day serving customers myself, I declined to pay and left.
