This, my friends, is a much sought after kitchen tool.

H-for-H is an interesting store located on Cornwall Ave in Bham. They have used furniture, household items, tools, and construction materials - among other things. The store is well-organized, with the majority being taken up by furniture from various decades (and in various states of "previously loved"). Their prices start out pretty high, so you have to keep going back because they discount certain colors of tags. If you keep going, you might find an incredible deal on something - though usually by the time the tags reach the 75% off stage you're pretty much down to the dregs selection-wise. While I love a good thrift shop, their pricing structure keeps me from returning very often. I would rather just have things priced fairly to begin with, as they are at other stores. Their staff is super friendly and helpful though!

Lots of chairs and miscellaneous items in their new "bargain room".

I like to browse their new "bargain room" located in the back of their furniture showroom. I have been a thrift shop addict for years. I have visited this store regularly since it opened. I would have given it a five star rating but I am disappointed at their significant rise in prices. They have some reduced prices on select items on select days so you might find a "deal" if you follow their schedule. I still have fun browsing but rarely purchase anything since their prices have increased.

I'd never been to this store before , the one in mount Vernon isn't worth shopping at because the prices are near what they are new.! Stopped here on a hunt for a desk an found one for Cheap!! Marcus helped me to MacGyver it into my vehicle it took several attempts of different angles and he was very patient and helpful!!! Great young man with a helpful attitude! Way to go !

Bought a Craftsman garage…read morecabinet and AFTER I unboxed it and began putting it together, I found it was missing several button head screws and matching nuts. It had a dent in the side as well, but nothing terrible. I get it, there should be NO dents and scratches, but after loading the 120 pound thing home and unboxing it, I had to ask myself, "how badly do I want to take this whole thing back for a small dent?" So I opted to just go in and pick up matching screws and bolts. Contacted the very unkempt young man at customer service, who told me there was nothing they could do for me and suggested I call Craftsman to have them send me the missing screws and nuts. GREAT customer service there buddy! I suggested MAYBE he help me find replacement parts because I hoped that a place like Lowe's would carry something like screws and nuts. He told me I could try looking in the aisle with screws. I commented that it might be hard to find them and he said he would call someone over. I went and began perusing the screw aisle just across the row from customer service and easily in view of the customer service counter. No one came and I had not found the replacements for over 10 minutes. Not one person had approached the customer service counter while I waited, yet the rep made only the initial call! I finally decided just to walk out, when I walked past a Craftsman tool display. There was an employee working with some of the tools, so I asked her for help. Stephanie was super kind and helped me find the screws and nuts in a few minutes and gave me suggestions for dealing with the dent. Super kind and super helpful. Stephanie is a superstar and the only reason I'm giving 4 stars! Without her, Lowe's just expects me to call up the company and wait two weeks or whatever with a half-built cabinet in my garage-booooo!

Having been told all product was on sale, found mine not listed on the flyer. Go figure.Manager extended sale to my product. recieved my decking a week later. Noticed a few with damage from strapping. Once I opened the load, 10 of 38 boards had serious scratches, some had imbedded rocks, 3 of 4 fascia not usable..at $100 plus each, handling in the supply chain and shipping leaves a lot to be desired. Sales guy got Timbertech to cover and replace. After nearing completion, needed 4 more boards to finish, specifically asked for new product. 3 of 4 came scratched...again, also realized I had been sold a supersize box of hidden fasteners for 500 sq ft...my deck is 250....so half left. $480 a box..vs. $299 for 1/2 box....so out another $180...yeah, sorry about that man....not going to talk about the inconsistencies in color, thickness, quality of the framing wood....
