Mix opinions: we all agree that the drinks weren't that good, they needed more liquors and flavor. Regarding the food the ribs were delicious, the churrasco was chewy and the salmon was tasteless. We ordered "sorullos" as appetizer and they were delicious, so were the coffee flan and the cheesecake. Customer service was great! A little too pricey!

Es pechuga de pollo rellena de plátano maduro y salsa cremosa de ajo y queso. Tiene Rissoto cremoso y todo estuvo muy rico. Excelente balance de sabores.

WOW! The experience here was phenomenal. We were on our way back from Aguadilla when we found this spot. If you aren't looking for it on the side of the highway, you might pass it. You should stop and enjoy their generous servings and services. The atmosphere is great, food is delicious, drinks are amazing. Mixologist Paola took care of us and she was informative, attentive and friendly. We will be back for sure! Thank you once again Hacienda Don Jando PS try the homemade coffee flan

We found this place on our way from San Juan to Rincon and it was such a pleasant surprise. The decor was really fun, the food was delicious and beautifully presented, and the people were very nice. As soon as we sat down they brought my son a bucket of blocks to play with. Portions are huge so we enjoyed the leftovers a second night. Worth the visit.

QUE. RICOOOOOOO!!! Chacho Estoy felizzz this place is just spectacular. You can't tell from the road but this place is awesome and the food is incredible! They have family style plates which are huge and the flavors leave you wanting more. Luckily they serve large portions so I'm looking forward to my leftovers. We had salmon risotto and carne frita and wepaaa, so freaking good! Service with a smile and they dress up in traditional clothes, super cute. Food was priced right and served in a timely fashion. Can't wait to come back.

Plantain based soup on the house delish

My husband and I were looking for authentic Puerto Rican food on a Monday night, this place had good reviews and was on our way to our hotel. Cheesy decor and a very sweet and friendly waitress this place had promise. We started with croquetas de chorizo which came with a garlic sauce which were very tasty. The waitress then brought us a plantain based cup of soup which was phenomenal. Then came our main courses. My husband ordered a rack of ribs (pork on the island is on another level) with tostones an I ordered mofongo con carne frita (pork). The ribs were ok, we can get this at home. I was looking forward to having mofongo for the first time so mind you I'm not sure how it's traditionally served. To start it was not even warm and the pork was as if it sat in a warmer. It came with a side of garlic sauce. I took three bites by the third bite I could not swallow it. Needless to say I did not finish. They have other options but I really wanted to try Puerto Rico's national dish.

Probably one of the best Puerto Rican cuisine in the island. Fresh food prepared to order.

The food is so amazing as well as the people who work there. So far it's the best restaurant I've been to during my vacation in Salmon risotto the best I've tried in my life. 10/10

Raw Fish, offering Fruits frappe and didn't have any flavor at all.

Carbón y Leña is a Puerto Rican restaurant located on the westbound side of the #2 main road in…read moreQuebradillas, Puerto Rico. The food is delicious & served in large portions. Most of the plates are enough to feed two people. We had a Chorizo Sausages in Wine Sauce appetizer with Fried Plantains, Breaded Chicken Fillets with Salad & Churrasco Steak with a tasty Chimichurri Sauce. All were delicious. There were various birthdays being celebrated to the festive sounds of staff playing traditional instruments. The staff were super attentive & accommodating. The restaurant was large, bright, colorful & festive in its decor. There's also outdoor dining in the front & back of the restaurant. A great place to go especially for families & large groups.

This place has the wrong name. I'm not sure what it should be called but carbon y leña is…read moredefinitely not it. None of the food get anywhere close to any carbon or leña. In fact, as bad tasting as it is, I would say they buy the precooked bags of chicken strips from Costco and they heat it up with the rest of the ingredients. I had the chicken nachos and churrasco with chimichurri sauce. The best part of the nachos were the tortilla chips. Undoubtedly, those were scooped right out of the bag. I'm ok with that. The pico de gallo was tomato chunks without flavor. The churrasco was cooked on site (probably) but pan cooked, possibly a griddle. Not grilled. Their saving grace was actually having some cholula hot sauce. That made the meal "edible" The service, I must say, was pretty descent. You can't blame the servers for the terrible food. The environment is a bit of a plain Jane, wood paneling look withe a few Boriqua decorations. Certainly proud people. I would like to say that this is possibly a place for locals, but I wouldn't want to insult the locals
