I called and spoke with Anthony in the morning, and even though he was booked all day long, he still made it to our house. He quickly disassembled the dryer, identified the built-up lint around the burner, cleaned it all up and wiped it down, checked all of the wires to make sure nothing was melted or shorted, and put it all back together. Within an hour, we were running laundry again. Thank you so much to Mom's Appliance Repair and Anthony!!! Very respectful, very courteous, took the time to explain what he was doing, and gave suggestions on how to avoid this problem in the future. The price was very reasonable. We told him we were just looking at that moment. He was very kind and accommodating. A couple weeks later, we purchased all four items mentioned above. Brandon remembered us and he gave us a great price for all the items together. We were undergoing a kitchen remodel and asked if we could leave the appliances there for a few weeks and he graciously let us. The kitchen remodel took longer than expected (nearly two months extra), and we checked in with Brandon periodically and he still let us keep our items there for that long. The appliances were very low cost to deliver to us ($70 total for all 4 pieces since it was one trip). Prior to delivery, he tested each and something was needed for one of the pieces, so he called and let me know with full disclosure, which delayed the expected delivery a few days, yet he gave us an extra item repair because of the delay, and he got those 4 appliances to us when we needed them. Everything worked great, except we had an issue with the oven door of our induction range not closing fully, which prevented the oven from working. I called them and they promptly (within 3 days) had a mechanic contact me to fix the issue at no charge. Overall the experience was fantastic. I highly recommend this place.

My wife and I contacted them for a fridge repair. They sent us a technician named Erick B, and we are going to be their customer for all the appliance issues. Erick is very polite and on time, and if there's a delay and is going to be late, he will let you know on timely manner. He explained everything as he worked on the fridge, and although the repair ended up not being possible as we were going to need a new fridge, he really did everything he could to save the fridge and us a lot of money. On top of all that, what sold me to recommend this company and decided to call them for all of our appliance needs is their customer support and aftercare service. When the first diagnosis and fix didn't repair the problem, Erick came out to do a second diagnosis and when we concluded that it's a compressor failure, he helped us research for a quality fridge to replace our old one.
