That is not a small issue, that is a serious safety hazard. The stove ultimately had to be completely replaced, which they did replace. After that, I was strung along for over a month with promises that never happened. He said he would help add a metal piece so the stove would sit flush with my kitchen and also kept saying he would help with a dishwasher purchase. Eventually when I asked him to just be honest about whether he was actually going to follow through and again.... Strung me along and would ghost me for days. I did write a negative review explaining my experience. After my negative review, he reached out saying he wanted to make things right. I gave him another chance, but the same thing happened again. More delays, more rescheduling, and no follow through. At this point I already paid full price for another Viking dishwasher and purchased a metal piece from someone else. No one paying that kind of money should have to deal with unsafe installation, months of delays, and being strung along with no updates and more excuses. I genuinely regret trying to go the "discount appliance" route. You definitely should pay full price somewhere reputable than to deal with this kind of company

We told him we were just looking at that moment. He was very kind and accommodating. A couple weeks later, we purchased all four items mentioned above. Brandon remembered us and he gave us a great price for all the items together. We were undergoing a kitchen remodel and asked if we could leave the appliances there for a few weeks and he graciously let us. The kitchen remodel took longer than expected (nearly two months extra), and we checked in with Brandon periodically and he still let us keep our items there for that long. The appliances were very low cost to deliver to us ($70 total for all 4 pieces since it was one trip). Prior to delivery, he tested each and something was needed for one of the pieces, so he called and let me know with full disclosure, which delayed the expected delivery a few days, yet he gave us an extra item repair because of the delay, and he got those 4 appliances to us when we needed them. Everything worked great, except we had an issue with the oven door of our induction range not closing fully, which prevented the oven from working. I called them and they promptly (within 3 days) had a mechanic contact me to fix the issue at no charge. Overall the experience was fantastic. I highly recommend this place.

A few minutes later, the store manager, who I believe is named Evan, came through the store yelling, "Whose e-bike is that?" in front of other customers. Instead of speaking to me professionally, she immediately became confrontational. I calmly explained that I only needed a few minutes to finish my purchase, but she responded by insulting me and using profanity. I'm an adult, a paying customer, and a regular shopper at this location. There was no reason for the situation to be handled with shouting and disrespect. If there was a store policy, it could have been explained politely instead of creating a scene. I reported the incident to corporate, but because this location is independently franchised, they were unable to resolve the issue. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this store while this manager is in charge.
