    Peter sold me a Viking stove and the stove they sold me was installed incorrectly and caused a gas…read moreleak in my home. It smelled like gas for hours and the fire department had to come out. That is not a small issue, that is a serious safety hazard. The stove ultimately had to be completely replaced, which they did replace. After that, I was strung along for over a month with promises that never happened. He said he would help add a metal piece so the stove would sit flush with my kitchen and also kept saying he would help with a dishwasher purchase. Eventually when I asked him to just be honest about whether he was actually going to follow through and again.... Strung me along and would ghost me for days. I did write a negative review explaining my experience. After my negative review, he reached out saying he wanted to make things right. I gave him another chance, but the same thing happened again. More delays, more rescheduling, and no follow through. At this point I already paid full price for another Viking dishwasher and purchased a metal piece from someone else. No one paying that kind of money should have to deal with unsafe installation, months of delays, and being strung along with no updates and more excuses. I genuinely regret trying to go the "discount appliance" route. You definitely should pay full price somewhere reputable than to deal with this kind of company

I especially appreciated their same day delivery on both occasions when I was replacing my older fridges that stopped working suddenly. Today I had another old fridge take a dive, but suspected/hoped it might be saved. I called to verify that they did repairs on units not purchased through their store, and spoke with Nancy. She said they did, and that she could have a tech to me in less than an hour!! Rudy showed up about 40 minutes later, and was able to very quickly diagnose a faulty fan that he was able to fix just as fast. He was polite and efficient, and he didn't try to upsell us on anything. A refreshing professional. I will continue to make SoCal my first choice for any appliance needs for sure.

Rudy and Paolo delivered our new appliances the next day, today, and were thorough and attentive when installing them. We were informed our gas valve needed to be replaced along with a longer gas hose. With our permission at an additional low cost, Rudy was able to restore said items quickly and asked if we had any questions or concerns after installation was complete. An appliance installer came to install the hood yesterday and once he peeled off the stickers he noticed the whole hood is completely dented in. Right when we heard that we called the place and sent them photos and they tell us there's nothing we can do about it even though they told us multiple times it had 0 damage. Horrible customer service. Don't buy from here! SINCE YOU LIKE TO CHANGE YOUR COMMENT 100 times because you have nothing to say I'll add a-bit more! (To come and lie to protect the business you know how to do) But to take care of customers who experienced issues with your merchandise you don't know how to do. PSA we never opened the box until yesterday. So to sit here and lie is just ridiculous. You basically said " if we had the part we'd give it to you but because we don't you'd need to pay for it ". After spending a lot of money on a hood already that turned out to be dented , you're looking to squeeze more money out of customers. This is just unacceptable. Don't blame customers for damaged appliances when you yourself know you sell damaged stuff. We contacted you almost 2 months after because we had not finished our kitchen until now and had the chance to install it. "If you really do the most for your customers and "deserve a medal" you would have ordered the damaged part. But you didn't. The first thing you did was informed me we would have to pay for it. So yes you deserve 1 single star. I'd put 0 if I could!!!

My wife and I contacted them for a fridge repair. They sent us a technician named Erick B, and we are going to be their customer for all the appliance issues. Erick is very polite and on time, and if there's a delay and is going to be late, he will let you know on timely manner. He explained everything as he worked on the fridge, and although the repair ended up not being possible as we were going to need a new fridge, he really did everything he could to save the fridge and us a lot of money. On top of all that, what sold me to recommend this company and decided to call them for all of our appliance needs is their customer support and aftercare service. When the first diagnosis and fix didn't repair the problem, Erick came out to do a second diagnosis and when we concluded that it's a compressor failure, he helped us research for a quality fridge to replace our old one. Now, I don't have experience with any other technicians from this company, but if they are as good as Erick, you are in good hands.
