Took it in to a mechanic and learned the oil plug was loose and the oil filter was misaligned. My car had leaked 1.5 quarts of oil in less than 2 months. I would expect something as routine as an oil change to be completed without errors. Unfortunately I would not trust them with any further vehicle care. **Update in response to comment** There were signs of fluid leak early -- I have a drain in garage but also thought it was A/C condensation mixed with garage dirt and never investigated further until another person pointed it out to me. The dealership fixed the issue free of charge and I believe their assessment was valid. I do understand mistakes happen but this is my honest review -- I don't typically write reviews but will admit I was frustrated with the time wasted.

We took our truck to them on Friday 5/15/26 and they did the oil change as requested, but tried to tell us our (very expensive) battery needed to be replaced. We had just purchased a brand new battery (still under warranty) but we immediately took it to be checked. Nothing wrong with it! They didn't lay blame or try to stick me with another huge bill they just wanted it to be right. They actually paid for part and labor on a sensor that failed right after a different repair. And stayed late on a Friday to do the repair. I have never had a shop do this it's always sorry bust out another thousand. Thank you for your patience and understanding.
