This was my second time going to Hadassa to get my eyebrows microblading, instead they just did a retouch which took less than 10 minutes and charged me for full microblading.I don't recommend this business. I called and scheduled a consultation for a botox. I Was quoted a price. At time of service and when I'm getting ready to pay, they tell me I'm wrong, and almost $100 more! Ok, I paid.. They told me I need a follow up appointment. I scheduled a follow up visit, which I believed that's all it would be. No one explained, I might need touch ups(?) and it would be additional charges, which is exactly what happened again! I was charged on top of what I paid on my original appointment. I can speak both English and Spanish, however, the person who administered my shots, spoke neither! The woman at the front desk spoke English, however, she was not in the room with us. After my first visit, I had lumps on my forehead, on one side of my face and the other side, didn't seem like anything was done. The lumps took so long to go away, I almost went back before my follow up appointment, but I waited. I know I shouldn't have waited, but, my first time dealing with this type of thing. On my Follow up appointment, more shots, more lumps and overall, I was Not happy with my experience or results. They said the Botox I did get, should last until about October, it is August, and I can see my frown lines (called the 11). I was going to go back, but again I didn't and never will. Gave them a "2" because their consultation was free, the place was nice, and they weren't rude, before the back and forth about price. I am saying, get everything in writing, EVERYTHING! One of my biggest mistakes and another one of my mistake, was trusting them. I got the powdered ombré brows. They did great. Only problem, I called and scheduled an appointment, to go in..and they told me they had nobody to do my brows. I told them I called the day before and a female scheduled my appointment. They made me reschedule because the woman who does eyebrows was not there. That was aggravating and inconvenient, why did they schedule an appointment only to have me go in so they could tell me to come back 2 days later? read more

I was beyond happy with my microblading results!!! I was skeptical going in as it was such a good offer, but the WOWED me! Honestly as soon as I got into my room the first thing out of my mouth was I'm so scared but my technician made sure I understood that they would in fact look natural and that shape and frame would be perfect for my face, and they came out to be exactly that!! I really do recommend this salon, not only for microblading but they have so much more to offer! Estoy más que feliz con mis resultados de microblading!!!! Horrible eyelashes, eyebrows and COSTUMER SERVICE. I don't recommend this place at all, if you are trying to feel pretty and powerful, stay away from this place, trust me, I never paid that much to get more ugly and weird. To be honest, I don't know how this place still open... Oh and the owner used to be my "friend", before they messed up with my eyelashes, and after I tell her gentle and friendly that my eyelashes were falling out in the next morning, she got really angry and blamed me for what was happening, and she stopped read my messages or answer my phone calls, if I could I not even give this place one star, I would give ZERO stars, once more, stay away from this place. I had an appointment and they took the walk in customers before me.I sat and waited for one hour after my appointment then asked how much longer the wait was and was told I would still have to wait for another person who did not go in yet.I made my appointment first thing in the morning when they opened trying to avoid this.the receptionist was very rude and when I got in touch with the owner she did not seem to care.I will be taking my business elsewhere. read more

Came here for the first time in 2017 and they messed my lashes so bad. I looked like an idiot, they didn't explain any home care and then she adds me as a friend so i tell her about my bad experience and she acts like she remembers, she states her company removed them for free when really i was so traumatized I went to a whole different location and company in Everett to get them removed. The kind woman there stated that they used an excessive amount of glue. I went into work late the next day just so i could them removed before because i was so embarrassed that I tried to make myself feel pretty and confident and looked like a joke instead. What's most annoying is that she just added me and blocked me after i told her what happened and didn't try to make it right. read more

Got the micro blading done on my eyebrows in early February and re-touched in March. I think they look great, very natural. they did such a nice job my mom and sisters are getting lashes and micro blading done here too! Very nice staff, clean environment with sanitizer station in the main area and everyone wears their masks. read more

I came to hadassa for eyelash extensions the process was about 1 1/3 during the process my eyes were burning and it felt wrong I mentioned I was in pain and he told me everything was fine and to relax my eyes. After everything was done and I first opened my eyes I automatically felt they were heavy and I asked him why they felt like that and he told me it was normal to feel that at first. He also mentioned that my eyes would most likely be irritated and hurt for a few days. For the first two nights my eyes bothered me but I thought it was normal and the feeling would go away. I went away to Greece and during my entire trip my eyes were bothering me. They itched, they were watery and I noticed my left eye was starting to get puffy and red. The next morning I woke up I could barley open my eyes. The ENTIRE time I had the lashes I never wore makeup on my eyes because of how badly irritated they were I was afraid of it getting more infected. After I returned from my vacation I called them to have the lashes removed and told him about my experience And he made me feel like it was something I did wrong asking me what did I do to them several times. I went to have them removed and he apologized and said he had glued one of them on my eyelid and that's what caused it to "irritate "I don't believe he did my eyelashes the way they were supposed to be they were very thick looking and didn't look the way individual lash extensions should look. Unfortunately because I didn't do my research until after I realized a lot of mistakes. I should have known there was something shady about it because he made me sign a paper with a whole list of stuff that could happen. I lost my ALOT of my eyelashes I would never go back to get my lashes done again I'll stick to the CVS Brand and peel off whenever I want. read more
