I called their after- hours line and shortly after, Dr. Chen personally reached out to me and addressed what I was worried about and assured me that they will provide me with what I need in the office before my surgery. I felt very taken care of and all my questions were answered. I felt very comfortable even though the thought of surgery scares me and gives me anxiety.
