The experience was not great. I suspect it was due to inexperience. My teeth weren't particularly clean when I left, but I did get water squirted on my face. Zero conversation. I'm looking for somewhere else. Another problem is that Dr Gee is no longer affiliated with this practice. A LOT of other dentists are, so you will likely get to try out several.

That small detail made a big difference. Bailey, my dental assistant, was incredibly thorough and explained everything before doing it. Being forgetful, I forgot to pick up my medications at a pharmacy and realized the night before at 9pm. I called their after- hours line and shortly after, Dr. Chen personally reached out to me and addressed what I was worried about and assured me that they will provide me with what I need in the office before my surgery. I felt very taken care of and all my questions were answered. I felt very comfortable even though the thought of surgery scares me and gives me anxiety. Her dental assistant was so kind as to let me squeeze her hand as firmly as I needed which was very sweet. Dr. Chen also personally reached out to check in with me after the surgery as well. Dr. Chen and her dental assistants are very patient and kind. She also offers no-extra cost payment plans and a discount if you don't have dental insurance. I would highly recommend coming here. They are always on top of our appointments and remind us of them day of. If something goes wrong, they are quick to fit us in to fix the problem. We like them so much that we are on our third kid getting braces with Kirby.
