It was easy to schedule appointments, especially if there is an emergency - they were always able to get me in on the same day. It was mainly for wires poking into my cheeks since your teeth move during the process so it's normal. I was able to schedule appointments at the beginning or end of the day since that worked better with my schedule. I'd go in about every 4-6 weeks each time for adjustments. The doctors and staff are all friendly and nice. For potential customers, I would avoid getting crowns prior to getting braces. Chances of needing to redo crowns are high.. at least for my own experience. When they take off your brackets or metal bands (usually on molars), they might chip your crowns with their tools. Crowns are not cheap so save yourself some money and stick with fillings until you're done with your braces if possible. Overall I'm very happy with my newly aligned teeth! These orthodontists know what they're doing and does the best job ever! Thank you! :)

Haeger is wonderful with the kids and the staff are so gentle and explain everything they are doing. The office staff are friendly and available to answer questions. We've had to call after hours and have gotten Haeger himself to help us. He called after my daughter got her braces on to see how she was doing, and they sent her home with a goody bag of treats when she got her braces off. I needed a file from their records for my dentist. ==== original 2023 review ==== Got my braces off today and I had a great experience with Renton Orthodontics. Here is some of what I liked: - I was able to get an initial visit and quote scheduled quickly. The 2 other orthodontists that I got estimates from both had many weeks wait before the initial visit, which I took as a bad sign. - Every appointment that started on time or ahead of time. - Office is staffed every day of the week, although some days were only one assistant to handle unexpected needs. It was easy to schedule my visits around my working time constraints. When I needed something suddenly, I was able to go in on the non-appointment days. - I liked the payment option with a discount for paying in full in advance. - The office is run very efficiently. The staff seem highly competent with an upbeat can-do outlook. - Dr. Kuo and the assistants were always keen to answer questions thoroughly. - I was given several alternatives for treatment, and some alternatives during treatments. When aligners did not work for me for an unexpected reason, I was able to change to braces. - Results look really good! What could have made it even better: - Most things, and especially my responsibility in taking care of my aligners or braces, were explained very clearly. They are always on top of our appointments and remind us of them day of. If something goes wrong, they are quick to fit us in to fix the problem. We like them so much that we are on our third kid getting braces with Kirby. They even give the kids a nice big package of assorted candy they couldn't eat with braces on, after they get their braces off. Just really love this place!! And I recommend anyone, any age to get braces through one of Kirbys locations. They treat you like family!
