I hope I don't need another body shop but if I do they'll be my first call!

However, I found the new shop to be very clean, attractive, modern (but with cool old automotive signs) and spacious, and the people are just as friendly and professional. The work got done as fast as possible and they took care of dealing with my insurance company when my insurance company was dropping the ball. Now it's time to talk money and I meet Ben, the co-owner and main sales force. The vehicle seemed to need a couple minor things to help make me comfortable with the purchase, and these were done, WITH a LOANER car, thanks to Ben. Dave at the front counter is Ben's right hand man, and very capable. Every employee I bumped into or interacted with at Gateway was at minimum professional, and as I understand it they are all ASE certified! Between them all, the agreed minor repairs were completed, my full smile installed, deal struck. A good deal. In closing, now many hundreds of miles later, my vehicle is running and behaving perfectly. Unfortunately, during the service, the windshield was further damaged and ended up with a crack instead. Was notified of the damage by owners and offered to replace windshield at half cost. Really impressed with the work they did to repair some rust around the windshield of my truck. Chris took pictures to show me the hidden damage, and explained the procedure for eliminating the rust and rebuilding the metal. I really liked the communication throughout, and being my son's daily driver, we appreciated that they didn't have us bring it in until they were able to start the work (which ended up being the day after I called) and got it done quickly considering the unexpected damage. Chris also recommended a process for covering up the rebuilt area to avoid having to paint and blend the entire roof...being really particular about my vehicles, I was skeptical at first, but I have to admit it looks great, blends in nicely and saved me hundreds of dollars.
