These people lie and will give you an upfront estimate (after the check with your provider) then add extra fees that aren't covered and then over charge you. Ensure that if you make the bad decision to come here that you contact your provider to ensure that the bill they send you is accurate. They will bill you without sending a claim because they are contracted carriers and you receive a discount but lie to you so you pay the full cost. Do not pay or get service here without first checking whether they submitted a claim and if that amount is accurate. Terrible place and I should have never came here. Run! If I could give zero stars, I would, but this is due to the staff, not the doctors. I've visited this office twice, and while the doctors have been very nice, the staff--particularly a woman named Dawn or Dona--was awful. I made the mistake of paying my bill upfront. It's better to wait and see what your insurance covers before making any payments. They initially asked me to pay $207.85 but later kept sending me additional bills, informing me that I owed another $200 because my insurance had been exhausted for the year and couldn't cover the other portion. When I called to explain my situation, she repeatedly went over the bill without answering my questions. Eventually, I had to interrupt her and say, "I'm not an idiot; I understand what you're saying." She continued to avoid my question. They had sent an estimate of $405.00 to my insurance, but my insurance approved only $258.00. In that case, my insurance would have covered $200, and I would have only had to pay $58.00. If I hadn't followed up, they would have charged me the full $405.00. This feels like fraud, and I see other reviews echoing similar experiences. I don't understand why the doctors or the owner are not addressing these issues. When I called back, she said, "I just spoke with your insurance, and it was a mistake on their part." There wasn't even an apology, but she did ask if I wanted to pay the remaining balance. I am extremely upset by this experience and can't wrap my head around how people can be taken advantage of like this. Please, don't pay your bills without first checking what your insurance covers. Our Dentist referred my wife to see Dr. Hailey. He performed an extraction of a lower molar that was located under a bridge. My wife was apprehensive and worried about the expected pain and discomfort associated with this procedure. We were impressed with his office. It was visually pleasing and calming. The staff were courteous and friendly, putting my wife at ease from the beginning. While they were making an evaluation of what was required, they brought me coffee. Dr. Hailey talked with us, explaining what he was going to do and we agreed. While he and his nurse were preparing my wife, his assistant came in with the paperwork and offered different methods of payment. It was very professional. When he finished his work, my wife didn't realize he had completed the extraction. Later that evening she needed one pain pill and the following morning she had no pain or discomfort. Dr. Hailey is a fantastic practitioner! Dr. Hailey and his staff are so professional and kind. I can't say enough good things about him and his office. My son had his wisdom teeth extracted. We put it off as long as possible. I was literally dreading it. I had heard so many so stories about how rough the recovery can be. One of his teeth was very impacted, which had me worried. Well, this turned out to be one of those things that I didn't need to worry about at all! My son had almost no pain and no swelling post-operatively. I have had nothing but issues with this place. I got my wisdom teeth out in February and had nothing but problems. I kept calling and calling complaining but they always poopooed me saying I was alright. Come to find out I was suppose to flush the sockets (which they never told me) and then today May 15 one of the holes ripped open and is swollen. It has been 3 months and I still have issues. Not to mention his assistant do not know what they are doing at all. I would suggest staying away from this place if you need your wisdom teeth out. read more

Had my implant done by this office. While the doctor was superb, his front office staff is something to be desired... There were two major issues: the payment estimate and scheduling. Here is my story: I wore braces for two years to make space for this implant. About two months before my braces came off I called this office to make an appointment. They refused to give me an appointment because my braces were still on. So I called again the day my braces came off, and you guessed: the first available appointment was two months later. When it came to my follow up appointments which only take 5 mins or less, they refused to accomodate me in the morning, "because they only do follow-ups in the afternoon". Due to the nature of my work, I can't take a couple of hours off in the middle of the afternoon without losing a whole shift worth of pay. The scheduler refused to work with me, so I lost several days of pay for a few 5 minute appointments. She sounded like she was on the mission to make my life miserable, and with a whole lot of joy. The estimate they provided me with was more than $2000 off, and when I called to discuss it, the estimator lady/office manager several times was not available to talk to me, being tied up for various bogus reasons. She never returned my calls either, and the front clerk refused to have me talk to the doctor. Just to clarify, no extra work was done to account for the price difference. When she finally talked to me, her best answer was: well, that was just an estimate. So if you want your implant done in a timely fashion and with an honest estimate, steer clear of this place. Wish I could give negative star review! I DO NOT recommend this practice to anyone that doesn't want to be in pain. I had 3 wisdom teeth removed paid over 1k and never received after treatment "because of COVID" and never got explanations as to what to do for aftercare. After trying to get a hold of them the whole weekend due to extreme pain possible dry socket they refused to see me "because of COVID" and when I was finally able to get a hold of them Monday morning first they hung on me; after I called them back at 8 o clock when they were taking calls I was told I was told I couldn't be seen till 3 o clock with an emergency and after I asked if I could be seen earlier they said I could be seen at 11:30; I get there I get taken to the back by the assistant who starts to tell me what they're going to do then proceeds to call me hostile because I asked her a question in regards to the treatment; then the dr. comes in does the treatment I tell him I want to speak to him about his on call doctor Dr. Alto who refused to see me that Sunday for my emergency; When I tried to speak with him he wanted to argue the point and not listen to my concerns I had. I was just treated for dry socket given a prescription and was sent on my way I had to call them after I left to see where I could fill said prescription since no one told me were to go or when to use my hook syringe to clean my socket that was packed with the medication. I had to call my dentist because I didn't feel comfortable calling Dr. Hailey back to get answers. Stay away. This office's interest in your child is $350 cash dental x-ray. They don't charge the insurance company because they know it is an unnecessary cost and insurance will find it illegal for such bogus x-ray. No fo follow-up appointment or surgery. They don't care about your child's health. The office staff are rude on the phone and can't make an appointment for the doctor. The doctor on the other, seemed nice. Otherwise, I will not take my worse enemy to this office, ever again. read more
