I even asked and she pointed to the yellow loofah and said she did, "extra" for $10 more. She spent probably 30 seconds. Then after I asked, she scrubbed for another minute. There is no special callus treatment here. I'm pretty sure that wasn't normal because I've had pedicures my entire life at least once a month. I felt like she also stabbed me when cleaning cuticles that I gasped pretty loud. I know she's just doing her job but I wasn't balky and I won't be back here again.

Walking in, I was greeted kindly and offered a soda, water, and candies. Wow! Very considerate. The atmosphere was upbeat and comfortable. They told me I'd wait about 15 minutes and sat me at a pedicure station while I picked a color and sipped my water. About 10 minutes later, I was offered another refreshment. Ok, sure. These little candies were good! My nail tech Debi was great and she handled my feet with care. I didn't feel pressured to add services at all. Being that I came in at the last hour of business, I was concerned about having enough time for what I wanted but Debi worked fast and efficiently. Upon paying, I was already feeling satisfied about my experience, but as I walked away, she said wait! Here's a gift for you. I was shocked. A full size lotion! The individual wanted their nails done too so instead of waiting the staff got next to me to do her nails. ( usually fine. I don't care) but where it got me highly upset and not okay is when the staff dusted herself off from filing the nails and all the skin particles and nail particles from filing all fell on me and in my face / mouth. My phone, my clothes, my face everything was covered in the customers dead skin and fingernail dust. On top of that, I did not get a good scrubbing on my heels or bottom feet. She is sweet, attentive, and truly makes you feel cared for. Tiffany invited me back for an acrylic full set, and when I say she did a spectacular job on my nails, I mean exactly that. The color is gorgeous, the shaping is flawless, and she was so gentle with my hands, my cuticles, and the entire service from start to finish. What really stood out to me was her attention to detail. She cleaned up my cuticle area beautifully without me even having to ask, and that meant a lot. So many people can do acrylics, but not everyone takes the time to do those little finishing touches that make a set look truly polished and luxurious. Tiffany absolutely does. She was also incredibly gracious and even refused to take a tip, which spoke volumes to me. I told her the same thing I firmly believe, when someone does beautiful work and gives you a lovely experience, their time is valuable too and they deserve to be appreciated.
