The absolute perfect color and cut, period. A few years ago, I found Thai through Yelp/online reviews in MN. I have thick, non-straight, color treated, dark Asian hair-- but of course, I want dark ash blonde hair. His cuts--are literally what dreams are made of-- he tamed the natural wave in my hair (more like odd bendiness), added texture and just the right amount of layers to frame/elongate my round face, and to take a lot of the excess weight out of the bottom of my long hair without compromising the length or body--but making it a cinch to dry (like half the normal time) and style (either straight, or big blowout curls -- depending on my mood). He is the hair whisperer. And then... we both moved, he and Han to this lovely salon in FL (that he designed himself), and me, to the PNW. And my hair has been a challenge ever since. I've had some good hair experiences, but never quite perfect... so I followed him, 3000 miles for the best cut and color ever, yesterday. Great business! Great salon modern absolutely spotless! Married couple own and operate this salon and they are amazing. Honest in what can realistically be done to your hair without offending. I like that , it show's integrity and kindness to their clientele. Best color I have ever had and though I have very dark hair that I am trying to lighten they spoke truth on how it may be achieved and how many visits it would take. Honest and forthcoming is lost in business today. Most businesses just want to tell you what you want to hear and take your money. Thai and Han are fantastic! Very professional, courteous and kind. This is a review that is long overdue. I got my hair colored & cut about 2 wks ago & I still get compliments. Han & Thai are absolutely AMAZING. I've been in FL for over 4 yrs & have not got quite the style & color I'm used to in New Jersey. But Han & Thai nailed it!!! I am so happy I finally found my go to salon. Went in for full hightlights. Showed a pretty blonde picture for color and cut reference and knew going in it would take more than one visit to achieve the color and with hair down to my bum the cut was easy. To start, ty, the owner who was doing my hair was clearly not in a pleasant mood when I arrived which made everything uncomfortable but I stayed anyways even though I should ha e left then. Well after four and a half hours I left with my hair darker with orange stripes through out my hair and a damn a line bob cut (both the furthest from what I asked for.) Almost in tears I i paid and left when I clearly should ha e refused to even pay. I am now in the position to pay over 300 to get the color corrected and fixed after paying 200 for it to be destroyed. I haven't had my hair done in over 4 years and this was a big deal to me just to be peft looking like a damn clown read more

I have been going here for a few years per the recommendation of my friend. The salon is immaculate and they offer you coffee and bottled water each time. Thai is so talented and efficient. I have very thick straight hair and have never been in and out of a salon so quickly. He gives a great head massage during the shampoo too. I always feel like I look my best when I leave. My friend gets her color done by Hahn and it always looks the perfect rich shade of brunette. I highly recommend them! read more

What a big surprise! I went to visit my family in Palm Bay, FL for July 4th. My cousin highly recommended Hair & Color Co.for getting my hair color done. Thai is an amazing hair stylist and Han was awesome at coloring. Both of them were so professional. The salon is so modern and super clean. I would highly recommend Hair & Color Co.
