Never got the advertised include haircut and was not given new hair wefts that would match my natural hair texture/density. Showed the damage to multiple salons and all agreed this was bad work. Plot twist: I had the hair wefts removed and another salon confirmed the hair was not priced as high as claimed when checking the hair brand site. Detailed inspections of each piece indicate it's possible that these were just scraps of hair that they had leftover versus buying me brand new packs as advertised. Hindsight is 20/20; always ask your stylist more questions when something feels off, your stylist should be willing to explain all the ins and outs in detail before you commit to something like this. I should've never proceeded when the red flags started showing up and it's never a good sign if the stylist says "I like to do whatever's easiest and less work for me." Yes, I think everyone can see that now based on these photos. Thankful for my credit card company reviewing all the evidence I provided to get my refund.

Christina and I had a slight misunderstanding about what I wanted, but the main issue was how rushed my haircut felt. The cut is uneven throughout, and one side was left noticeably longer than the other. I'm extremely disappointed with the result. I understand the importance of running a busy business, but quality and consistency are just as important in earning and keeping returning customers. Sadly I won't be coming back.

I was skeptical on trying a new salon because I had only put Paul Mitchell and redken products in my hair but I'm soooo happy I tried this place out!! I love aveeda! Mel sat me down and explained everything she would be doing on my hair. She then would explain the products she was using and telling me exactly what was going on! After getting the color put on, I sat down to get rinsed.. usually that's my least favorite part because it hurts my back and neck but the rinse chairs they have are so comfortable!
