I could've gone elsewhere and had much better service instead of being debated by the owner of the business who is non-transparent about Stuff. He states that there is a pricing sheet up at the front of the store, but there is no pricing sheet at all and no one is welcoming when walking into the store. My daughter wanted simple polka dots, but we were told that would cost an extra $30, which felt excessive. I said she'd do the dots at home, but during the second hand, the French tip was done diagonally, leaving no room for dots later. When I asked if it could be changed, I was told it was already drying. They offered to add the dots, but still wanted another $30.
