Would give no stars if that was an option. The woman that runs the front desk was very nice. But the rest of my experience was awful. Called to verify they were open at 7 and they had time for a pedi. "Yes come in" got there, Waited with my feet soaking for 20 minutes along with another customer that arrived at the same time as me as there was only the 1 worker there already with a client. 2 other workers strolled in and took their time getting to us. Finally got started and no more than 10 minutes in did my lady start trading shoes with another worker and joking around and left me waiting another 10 minutes for her and the other worker to be done goofing off. Noticed I was upset so then she comes back. She made me bleed and their "callus remover" service is just scrubbing your feet with water. They used no callus remover product that I get at every other salon I've ever been to. The massage was minimal effort and again kept stopping to talk to other workers. Now she's trying to get away with putting the wrong color on my toes ..... what the heck. It's now been 2 hours and my pedicure is still not complete. I came here excited that a salon opened this early and figured I could get in a get going with the things I need to do today. I might as well have waited for the other salons that open at 9. At least I would have gotten what I will unfortunately be paying for. I will definitely not be back. Lesson learned with this place ! read more

I had such a wonderful experience at this nail salon over the weekend! Very attentive--they really went above and beyond to make sure I felt comfortable and taken care of. I genuinely felt like a VIP the entire time. I had no idea this salon was even here in my own backyard, which makes it even better--I'm so glad I found it! I've been showing off my nails and telling all my friends and family about them! Not only is their work beautiful, but they're also one of the only places open early on weekends, which is perfect for those last-minute self-care moments before something important. read more

I would not recommend this nail salon based on my experience. I went in for a French tip pedicure and asked the technician if he could add acrylic to my broken toenail. He confidently said he could, but it quickly became obvious that he didn't know what he was doing. First, he glued on a white nail tip, then realized it wasn't working and tried to remove it. The way he removed it was painful, and he was hurting my toe. Since my nail started breaking into pieces, instead of fixing it properly, he simply covered the broken pieces with acrylic powder. He then told me I should just get one solid color instead of the French tip. At that point, I had completely lost confidence in his work and told him I didn't want anything else done--just leave my nails as they were. Despite the poor service and the pain he caused, he still charged me $28, essentially for a leg massage and damaging my toenail. My sister was there for a fill. She showed the technician a picture of exactly what she wanted, and he assured her he could do it. She specifically asked for an almond shape, but he cut her nails way too short, and they didn't resemble almond nails at all. Then he had someone else, who appeared to be completely inexperienced, work on the design. It honestly looked like a child had drawn it. The design looked nothing like the inspiration photo, and it was clear the person doing it wasn't skilled in nail art. When my sister expressed that she was unhappy, the technician kept insisting he was giving her what she asked for, even though it looked nothing like the picture. She finally asked them to remove everything because she no longer wanted the service and decided she'd rather go to another salon to have them done correctly. They then tried to charge her $38 for nails she didn't even want to leave with. Overall, this was a frustrating and disappointing experience from start to finish. The technicians overpromised, lacked the skills to perform the services they claimed they could do, caused unnecessary pain, and still expected us to pay for poor-quality work. Looking back, I should have taken the empty salon as a warning. Save yourself the time, money, and frustration and go somewhere else. I would give zero stars read more

I work in construction and my feet are usually in rough shape (calloused and cracked heels) in the last couple years my wife has convinced me to get a pedicure a few times. My experience at Abby has been superior to the other nail salon we went to before. They always take the time to get all they way down to smooth skin, and my toenails and feet look and feel the best they ever have when I walk out of Abby. They do a great job on wife's nails as well, and their prices are very reasonable! We love Abby Nail Salon! read more
