We experiment with different color rinses in my hair and over time, Ive had purple, blue and several shades of brown. My go to is red and Audrey mixes the perfect shade everytime. She kinda like a hair wizard. Great clean establishment and we have great conversations as a whole. Its like a family reunion when I come because over the years, you meet and remember other clients. I wanted to like it, cause of the convenience, cause i live close to the salon, and i wanted to like the hair stylist, i ended up with Leah, I do not know if it is an Ohio thing, but this person can not take directions, i went there to get highlights done to my hair, a basic thing is to have the roots the same color than the highlights, i brought my formula and written directions from Chicago, to make a long story short i went back like 3 times, just to give this person an opportunity to prove me wrong, i made an appointment for october, (my 4th appointment) cause i have a big event i am attending and this "stylist"chose to call me one day before the appointment to tell me she does not think we are a match,and... that it takes too long to do my hair and she just does not have the time! lol, are you freaking kidding me????? and she only texted me cause i sent her a message before, i mean the level of professionalism here is ZERO, non existant. I do not go to a hair salon to make friends, i do not care if the person i am paying to do my hair has a "connection" with me or not!!!! , a person goes to a hair salon, you go there to get your hair done, not to become best friends with the hair stylist (if it happens? good for both of you, but that is not the reason why i go to a hair salon) . i mean be a professional, do your job, nicely! do the highlights, cover the roots of course (is this even something i have to ask for???????? ), you dont want to pay, and....... you know what, it is cheap, about $120, so i guess you get what you pay for! but man!!!
