The quality of service here is amazing. I made an appointment and was seen exactly at the time I requested. There's a nice waiting area. The salon is right at the freeway but there's private parking in front of the salon. She sells custom hair and eye lashes. She does neat and long lasting hair. Prices are reasonable. She does have specials so be on the lookout for those. She's very sweet and down to earth. This is definitely a woman's safe haven.

I then went to my regular stylist (who is a licenced cosmologist) afterwards to try and get my blending problem fixed. I asked her what I was doing wrong because I couldn't keep the tracks covered well and she said there wasn't enough of my natural hair left out on top and the only thing to do would be to take it out completely and have it redone. I was ok with that and then inquired about getting the extensions redyed because they were like 5 shades lighter than my natural hair and she said they were completely fried and there was nothing she could do to fix the color. This was all the day before my wedding so I paid for 2 sets of extensions and 2 installs because I was so afraid of going back to the person who messed up my extensions to try and let them fix it....you know, because it's the day before my WEDDING and if she messed them up a second time I might not have time to go back to my regular stylist to get it fixed. It was a nightmare and a refund was refused because I didn't let her try and fix it before I went somewhere else soooo I paid about $350 (plus tip) twice in one day (I had to buy 2 sets of hair because the set she tried to dye was ruined with the hair dye) AND had to go through the extreme discomfort of getting extensions put in twice.

There is a bus stop right out front that takes up a good 2 parks that of course, you can't park at. once you step inside, though, you are entering a relaxing, pampering oasis. The interior is that of a loft, with the open ceiling look. The floor is half dark hardwood and half linoleum tile. The colors are neutral - brown, tan, black chairs, lovely artwork, a wonderful, leather bound bench to sit on while you're under the wall suspended dryer. There is smooth jazz piped throughout, courtesy of xm radio. You are also welcome to Keurig coffee and bottled water. As with most salons, don't expect to be in and out in the blink of an eye. That's my only gripe. But again, what salon has you in and out and still provides thorough service with quality results? I feel like a million bucks when I leave here. That's worth the time it takes.
