I had such an awesome experience with Cindy. She was able to accommodate me despite having an already tight schedule. Cindy was professional since the very beginning of our text conversations to the actual day of the appointment. This was the first time where I felt comfortable and genuinely listened to during a haircut. I have had several hair appointments where the hairdresser appeared too busy which resulted in disappointing outcomes and choppy messes. Cindy was also honest and realistic in terms of what would look best on my hair texture/type. I came here with a "bad" haircut (choppy and unblended layers) that needed some TLC and she was able to fix it! In every step, she always asked for my thoughts to ensure that I was happy with what she was doing. Highly recommend this place! i cannot recommend Cindy enough! I have been her client for 15 years or so. I have a short pixie cut, so I need to keep it in shape, so you can imagine how many times I have been to Cindy over the years. Yay! I FINALLY found my hair person!! It's been years, and I have what I consider difficult, thick, wavy, frizzy, hair that I hate to have to style all the time because kids = less time for me. Cindy is magic with my hair. This is the first cut I've maybe EVER had that I can let it air dry and it LOOKS styled. It looks intentional and current. She found me the perfect, easy product to put in while wet that keeps the frizz from frizzing. She mixed the perfect color for and also figured out the most effective way to cover my grays, and a plan to upkeep it while staying within my budget. I wanted to update my review as Cindy has moved salons and is now found in the Kobe B Salon. The atmosphere there is lovely and, of course, Cindy is the best! I let my hair color grow out for almost a year and just went back yesterday to get it cut and colored. Wow! I'm thrilled with the cut Cindy gave my hair for summer. I asked her to chop it off a few inches (but not too much), but didn't give her much instruction otherwise. I walked out with a trendy and flattering cut that I never would've imagined if left to my own devices. Plus, she's fun and easy to talk to. I felt totally comfortable in her chair, which is not an easy feat when cutting my hair at a new salon. Cindy asked me questions while I was sitting in the chair to make sure I'd be happy with the cut. I told her that I no longer wanted hi-lite's because my hair was too damaged for them and I needed darker hair to make it look healthier. I told her that I wanted it to be a chocolatey brown. I came to Cindy because of my good friend's high recommendations and raves about her and her skills. I am very glad I came. She really listened to what I wanted & my concerns. She asked follow up questions to make sure we were both on the same page about the plan. Once I got to the salon, I was sifting through some mags and found a few pics that showed what was in my head.
