It was lovely to see the stylists have assistants to help them with each client, as if they were the only ones in the store. Plus the complimentary beverages were offered to both me and my niece, which was super awesome! I got the "Brad Pitt" latte, which was tasty! My niece didn't partake, but that was ok. Once she was done, payment was easy and my niece said her hair felt and looked amazing! She actually wanted to know what products were used in her hair (when they did the complimentary shampoo and rinse) because she said it was so soft! I'll definitely be back!

As a woman, my hair is so important to me and I will trust her over and over again. When life gets rough my hair often gets dry, frizzy and damaged. She is able to make my hair soft and voluminous in the perfect color every single time. My latest color and cut is absolutely stunning, she created a beautiful iridescent violet/maroon color! She also recommended the right length for my bangs / face framing pieces and trimmed off just enough hair to remove the split ends without losing so much length. Building a long-term relationship and trust with your hairstylist will pay dividends. I highly recommend Vivian if you want to confidently walk out with beautiful hair and a full heart.

I'm so grateful to have found Jaidyn! She is truly a light--positive, warm, and you can tell she genuinely loves what she does. She's engaging and attentive, and I especially appreciate how knowledgeable and thoughtful she is during consultations. She listens to what I want while also giving honest, professional feedback and recommendations. One of my favorite things about Jaidyn is that she always lets me know what services she recommends for my next visit. It makes scheduling so much easier and ensures we book the right amount of time for what I want to accomplish. After experiencing this level of personalized attention, I can't imagine going back to a salon that routinely double-books clients. My preteen daughter also sees Jaidyn, and I love how she encourages her creativity and self-expression while still guiding her toward choices that are age-appropriate and responsible. That balance means so much to me as a parent. Jaidyn has made both of us feel comfortable, heard, and genuinely cared for. We're so happy we found her and Salon Drew!
