I always walk away feeling fabulous from an excellent cut and color and the best conversation. The color was not a proper match to my hair, and I was not given a clear opportunity to review or approve the length before installation. After the service, I noticed that some of the extension bonds were visible and the overall application did not blend naturally with my hair. At the time, I left a positive review shortly after my appointment, but I later felt it did not reflect my actual experience.
