I was hoping for beige highlights and got bright blonde. I asked for a refund and was only offered a "fix it at no cost". I declined. Intervention: Reached out to Vance who did my hair in the past. Don't ask me why I just didn't come back. Vance was able to see me pretty quick and did an AMAZING job!! He gave me beige highlights and darkened the base which I just love. I'm tanned skin so the blonde highlights was not flattering. Evaluation: I am forever grateful for Vance. He is very skilled at his craft. The result was exactly what I was hoping for from the very beginning when I stepped into the other salon. Note to self....i will never see any other stylist. I had an extremely upsetting experience here with K-tip extensions that ultimately resulted in…read moresignificant hair loss and thousands of dollars spent. During my first install, Mesut applied a keratin treatment over the K-tip bonds after installing them. When I questioned it, he assured me it was fine. Shortly after, the extensions started falling out. I returned and was charged again for another install. I was told the hair would be removed because of the keratin treatment and then reinstalled. By the third install, I was upsold to longer hair, which was noticeably thinner than what I previously had and ended up costing even more than expected. I told him I would actually prefer shorter hair if that meant the extensions would be thicker, but he assured me he would get better, thicker hair on the next install. At the fourth install, with new hair, instead of using thicker extensions, multiple K-tip bonds were melted together into large pieces during installation. When I noticed this at the end of the appointment, I became very upset and started crying. He told me he had done that to make the hair thicker, since I had said I wanted thicker hair. I returned the next day for the fifth time to have the problem corrected. He only removed the large fused pieces from the top of my head. The ones in the back were not properly removed -- instead the backs of the bonds were cut down because the large fused pieces were stabbing my scalp. Eventually I had to go to another salon to have everything professionally removed, and during that process a large amount of my natural hair came out with the fused bonds. This situation cost me thousands of dollars and resulted in the loss of a significant amount of my natural hair after multiple attempts to have the installation corrected. I will not be returning.

I booked my appointment with high expectations and clearly discussed the hair color I wanted. Unfortunately, the final result was completely different from what we had agreed upon. Instead of leaving excited, I left stressed and disappointed. What made the experience even worse was the timing. I had an important event that weekend, and because the color was so far from what I requested, I had to schedule corrective color services on short notice. Not only was this incredibly inconvenient, but it also meant spending additional time and money to fix something that should have been done correctly the first time. Afterward, I reached out to both the stylist ( Alper Ismail) and the salon, hoping they would stand behind their work. The stylist offered a $75 "goodwill" refund, which I accepted only because it helped offset a small portion of the corrective services. However, it came nowhere close to covering the cost of fixing my hair. More disappointing was the salon's response--they didn't seem interested in addressing my concerns or finding a fair resolution. I felt dismissed rather than valued as a customer. I hope this feedback encourages the salon to take client concerns more seriously. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this salon.
