I booked my appointment with high expectations and clearly discussed the hair color I wanted. Unfortunately, the final result was completely different from what we had agreed upon. Instead of leaving excited, I left stressed and disappointed. What made the experience even worse was the timing. I had an important event that weekend, and because the color was so far from what I requested, I had to schedule corrective color services on short notice. Not only was this incredibly inconvenient, but it also meant spending additional time and money to fix something that should have been done correctly the first time. Afterward, I reached out to both the stylist ( Alper Ismail) and the salon, hoping they would stand behind their work. The stylist offered a $75 "goodwill" refund, which I accepted only because it helped offset a small portion of the corrective services. However, it came nowhere close to covering the cost of fixing my hair. More disappointing was the salon's response--they didn't seem interested in addressing my concerns or finding a fair resolution. I felt dismissed rather than valued as a customer. I hope this feedback encourages the salon to take client concerns more seriously. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this salon.

We did a full chop to shoulder length hair and did babylights. Looking at her portfolio, and consulting her about what would look good on me, we decided to do babylights with money pieces to really brighten and frame my face. It was a hair transformation I didn't know I needed! I've been hooked ever since and now only trust Tamy to work her magic on me. And obviously when I had my wedding in December 2024, I of course booked with Tamy to get me looking my best. I asked for my hair color to be close to my natural hair color, I didn't want anything too different for my wedding pictures. Tamy knew exactly what to do, and even cut framing pieces for me so that my hair/makeup artist would have pieces to work with for my up-do. I will continue to go to her because she is professional, her prices are very reasonable, and she listens and exceeds my expectations every time. For the salon itself, I've always had friendly interactions with the staff there. Parking can be tough on the weekends, but parking lots and structures are readily available for a few dollars so I always pay for the 3 hours that I expect to be in Tamy's chair. Mustafa was very responsive from the start and made scheduling easy. I came in for a color correction and balayage, and I have to say he did an excellent job. He and his assistant really took the time to fix the color, and the end result turned out beautiful. I'm very happy with my hair and would definitely come back. That said, if you're someone who values the overall salon experience as much as the hair itself, it's worth setting your expectations. Communication is fairly limited, as most of the staff speak very little English. They get the job done and focus on the hair, but there isn't much conversation or consultation beyond what's necessary. Also, while the pricing is comparable to salons in Los Gatos or Palo Alto, the experience is more basic. During my visit, I wasn't offered coffee, water, or other amenities, and based on other Yelp reviews and photos, that seems to be the norm rather than an exception. Overall, if your priority is getting great hair results, Mustafa delivers. Just don't expect a luxury salon experience with lots of extras or personalized service. For me, the quality of the color correction was worth it, and I'd happily return.

I had balayage highlights and a trim done on December 2nd, totaling $708 including tip. Within 4-5…read moredays I noticed my highlights turning brassy, and by day 7-8 they were extremely brassy. I reached out to Mola on day 8 to ask about coming in for another toner. Due to scheduling conflicts, I wasn't able to come back until December 23rd. A toner was applied, which I assumed would be complimentary given how quickly the brassiness appeared, but paid $177 including tip. Unfortunately, within a week the highlights were brassy again. I reached out on December 30th to let her know. She suggested it could be due to hard water, but I do not have hard water, and the brassiness started appearing before I ever washed my hair. After doing some research, I learned that if highlights are not lifted enough, brassy tones can return very quickly. I asked if some of the highlights could be corrected, as this was a big financial investment and I was very unhappy with the result. After that, she completely stopped responding to my emails. Being ghosted after spending nearly $900 total is extremely disappointing and unprofessional. I expected better communication and accountability.
