It was a Wednesday evening- after closing time, so I did not expect a call back until the next day. It wasn't even 5 minutes later that my phone rang and I spoke with Kelly. She told me that Rebecca just received a cancellation and could get me in on Friday morning. To say I was stunned is an understatement. From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed. Once in Rebecca's chair, I could tell she "got me". She listened to my ideas, looked at the photos I brought in and chatted with me about her thoughts. Then she got straight to work. She was easy to talk to, we had a few laughs and she gave an AMAZING head massage. Once she started cutting my hair, I knew she knew her stuff. I could tell the techniques she was using were creating the look I was going for. She styled my hair and I really loved it.
