Truly feel at peace when I get my hair done knowing he fully understands the vibe and reasoning behind the things im requesting. I usually just get a trim and all black hair color so nothing too complicated lol but today I decided to get layers after 10+ years! It came out gorgeous & I'm very happy with my new change. I never have any concerns, worries, regrets when working with Josh. He is very clear in communication, asks questions and answers all of mine without any issues.
