I made an appointment at Metric as a last resort. She and her assistant were not only kind to me, but they were strategic. I could tell that they knew what they were doing. The end result was so much better and I could actually bear to wear my hair down, unlike before my time with them. I came back a second time, this time to the new location in the Pearl District, which was beautiful. She listened to exactly what I wanted, and did just that. What I appreciate most about the service I receive is that: 1. She listens to exactly what you want, and will find a way to make it happen. 2. She makes it flattering. 3. I am not the biggest conversationalist, but she makes it less awkward. I don't feel forced into conversation, but she just goes with the flow. 4.
