It's an absolute hack job When I contacted the salon, I was told refunds are "not their policy". The only resolution offered was "come in right now and we'll see what we can do" or "20% off a future service". After this experience, I would not feel comfortable returning. No joke, last month I got a full balayage and some face framing layers, and within an hour of leaving my appointment, running errands, three strangers stopped me and asked me where I went for my hair/commented on how amazing it looked. Finally, you will not find someone with more flexibility on timing - she is beyond accommodating with her hours which is amazing for people with crazy work schedules.
