This place has an epidemic of hair stylists canceling appointments. Of the last six appointments I've made, 4 were canceled last minute by the stylist. This happened with two different stylists. In two cases, the stylist called to say they had to cancel and then after rescheduling with them at the time of cancellation, they went on to cancel the appointment I had rescheduled (the day of the appointment). I'm a patient person, but this is ridiculous. If you make an appointment, you should keep it or just switch to take only walk-ins. read more

My stylist was 10 minutes late for my scheduled appointment to begin with. Then when she started with my shampoo she went in and on with complaining about her daughter and her custody battle that costing her 75k ( I felt like her therapist) this went on the e tire appointment to which I opted not to blow dry because I didn't want to hear about her problems any more and when I got home and styled myself it wasn't even how I asked her to cut it! Go see Janna. She is awesome!! I have to say I am a pretty picky when it comes to getting my hair done. I have very thick curly hair and it takes someone experienced to be able to handle it. Janna did an amazing job of that. I wanted to go darker for the fall. She helped me pick the best color for my skin tone. I also needed a trim. I absolutely love my hair and have gotten so many compliments since I've had it done. She also cuts my son and daughters hair. I would highly recommend her to anyone. Came in to get a hair cut for my son. The girl who helped me said to come back at 430. She never took his name or info she just ran to the back room in the middle of the conversation. So I looked at my son and said well I guess we just come back. Came back at 415 and she said you're at 5 right. I said no 430. She said well they are ahead of you. I said okay people who came after me are ahead of me? Cool strike number 2. Then she walks away and tells the other lady "you have 2 kids next" other lady gives a "wtf " look. And the lady who was helping me laughed at the face the other lady made. And here we are still not taking my sons name. Just walked away. The amount of customer service I just received is beyond disrespectful. I'm already not happy because the last time I was here I was charged for a hair wash for my son and they didn't wash it. And so I said if I'm being charged his hair needs to be washed. And got attitude for that. I believe they need to go back to customer service school, take a class whatever. I came here for a shape up. Hair dresser decided that extremely hot water was the correct temperature for my scalp. I had to tell her it was way too hot. After burning my scalp she decided to scrub my scalp with her long ass fake nails. I have NEVER had anyone do this to me, I am still shocked that she works there and thinks its perfectly okay to scrub someone's scalp with her NAILS. Anyway, she did a terrible job with my hair. I asked for a shape up and I instead she just trimmed my hair much shorter and did no shape up. Didn't even have the guts to show me the back of my head with a mirror. Instead she just said she was done and walked over to the cash register. I only came to hair cuttery because I needed something simple and easy done and I thought the people who worked here could at least do that. I'll stick to my regular salon. Beware of the young blond woman who works there, I think she's still learning how to cut hair. read more

The worst customer service I have ever experienced in a salon and I've been getting my hair done since I was 12. I had been going to this "salon" for two years until my stylist left due to the catty women who run it. BIG SURPISE. The Manager did not care that the stylist was being rude and confrontational since I walked in. She seemed "too important" to do my hair. Left the strip test on my for 45 minutes and then refused to wash it out and do anything for me. I had gotten my hair colored the day before and the ONLY reason I had to go back was because we ran out of time for highlights. The other stylist assured me the next day that this female stylist would do my highlights and extensions no problem. She was beyond rude to me and offered no solution to help me. Simply said no and had me leave. I cried all the way home, I felt so hurt with how rude she was. Don't waste your money here. Go to an actual salon that cares about their clients and try's their best to help them. I even tried to get a corporate number and the manager refused to give it to me. Never get your hair done here because they really don't care about their clients!! read more

Got the worst haircut in my life. I was shocked at the confidence the stylist exuded and the literally 10 min she spent on my hair. I repeatedly asked her to taper it more and give it more of a softer look. She debated with me how well she had done and it would "shape up" AFTER it dried?? It looked worse and worse. All choppy and it looked as if my child had cut it. She never even gave me a mirror to see the back, just kept assuring me it was layered as I had asked. I have never felt the need to review publicly, but this was just such a discredit to the business. I am sorry Chelsea, but you did a horrible job and I am NEVER coming back. read more

My 90 year old mother in law had an appointment to have a curl/set and was told that the person she had an appointment with was transferring to another store, but she could wait for someone else. No receptionist when I walked in.All the stylist were busy but looked up & said nothing to me.Another lady walked in & they did the same.This was not a good first impression.Not one stylist had a smile on their faces & all seemed like they didn't even want to be there.Somebody came from the back & finally checked us in,once again no smile no how u doing,no nothing!The stylist next to me kept blowing her blow dryer in my face & kept apologizing but kept doing it to the point my stylist had to block her with her body & her hair was flying everywhere while trying to do my hair.Then had the nerve to disregard her towel full of hair from her chair all over the bottom of my shoes & she was the manager Renee,who is not friendly what so ever!This place is filthy!!!There was hair dye on the chairs which ended up on my clothes & I didn't even get my hair dyed,hair all over chairs,bathroom had no toilet paper,trash was overflowing into floor,hair was all over toilet,sink etc.I understand this is a hair salon but it was obvious that it hasn't been cleaned properly in a VERY long time.They go out back to smoke & leave the main back door open & the smoke lingers back in,who wants to smell that when you are trying to relax! read more
