I showed the stylist exactly what color I wanted, and they confidently said they could achieve it, but the final result looked completely different from what was promised. Not only did my hair turn out nothing like the reference photo, but the color is barely visible and looks uneven and dull. What makes this even worse is the lack of honesty and professionalism. At no point was I told that the result might be different or that my hair could not achieve the color I requested. Instead, I paid a very high price expecting professional results and left feeling frustrated, disappointed, and honestly upset. I also wasted hours of my time for something I never asked for. A professional salon should communicate clearly, manage expectations, and stand behind their work. Unfortunately, this place did none of that. I have had tape in extensions many times and although they said it doesn't destroy your hair... it so DOES. My hair is now damaged, thinner and brittle from the adhesive form previous tape in extensions. Thankfully I found Chy on Yelp, not far from me to do a much healthier way to add extensions. Chy was super sweet and knows her stuff. She did tell me that with my thin, blonde hair the tape in extensions are not for me and to keep the integrity of my hair she recommended the micro bead technique for my install. I am super happy and now I can let my natural hair grow and not use heat and wear these extensions as my protective style while looking fabulous. I can't thank you enough Chy!!! See you soon:)

I was just looking for someone who specializes in not only the color but keeping my hair healthy. As a blonde it's very frustrating to spend so much money on the perfect color but then sacrifice your hair growth. Mariana spent over 30 minutes doing a consultation for me which I appreciate because she didn't just jump in and put bleach on my hair because she wanted to make some money and was limited on time. We scheduled my hair appointment the next Friday and it took a few hours with processing because she does not put me under the heat dryer which my other cosmetologist did and that caused so much damage to my hair. I had to have color correction since I had so much banding I have brown hair level seven but I also had platinum blonde pieces & brassy yellow pieces all over and she explained to me that baby highlights are more damaging than just bleaching out the root and that way every time I come in she's just focusing on the dark root and we're not overlapping bleach. I was never explained any of this before and I've been with my other hairstylist for over 15 years and I should've got a second opinion much sooner but I always left with the brilliant color just fried damage hair from my other person. I'm super happy I thought this would take multiple sessions to get where my hair needed to be but actually I'm pretty thrilled with just that one application she did for me and a beautiful toner I never thought I could have hair like this it's pretty much beautiful mermaid hair!! Sent the owner and email to try and resolve so since you refused to refund the money I'm going to move forward with telling about my child's experience. Please hire professional braiders that will install human hair properly. They are SOOOO unprofessional, slow and sometimes on two out of the three occasions personal hygiene issues were really distracting. The place says walk ins 24/7 but they can't support that model well. The last time we called and even after they changed our appointment they were still an hour late to start. Good news is the braiding once it's done is pretty good and the pricing is more reasonable than others in the area but you get what you pay for by way of professionalism. I said I thought my appointment was with Ester? She said she was not available. I asked what tier stylist Vinny was. She said tier 3. I said my appointment was with a tier 6 stylist and asked if one was available. She said no would you like to reschedule (after I had already scheduled and drove up there). I decided to just move forward with Vinny and then got a lousy haircut by someone no interpersonal skills and no interest or talent in styling hair. After a year of growing my hair out and the very first experience in a hair salon, I honestly wish I never went there. The service sucked, the stylist sucked, the whole vibe sucked meaning a bunch of nonprofessional teenagers that have zero customer service skills. So no, I would never recommend this salon (if you can even call it that).
