I specifically did NOT want a natural, messy, wavy look as I already naturally had that. I was told they could do what I was asking for, so I trusted them. Amanda did my perm, and the result was nothing like what I asked for. Instead of defined, intentional curls, my hair was left with uneven, messy waviness that honestly looked half done. What made it even more frustrating was that when she finished, she said, "It looks so natural!" That was literally the opposite of what I had asked for. It looked worse than my actual natural hair, except now I was stuck with it because it was chemically permed. I completed their survey afterward and submitted a complaint explaining how unhappy I was with the service and the result. I never heard a single thing from management or the owners. No attempt to address the situation, no follow-up, nothing. If a salon tells you they can achieve a specific perm style, you should be able to trust that they actually understand what you're asking for before permanently altering your hair. I would not risk getting a perm here, especially if you want a specific curl pattern or polished look.

After talking to their GM, they refused to give any of it back. These people are sharks looking for money any way they can get it. Please look elsewhere before going and do not allow them to keep your credit card information; it will not turn out well for you! Brandon, try as you may to justify taking $70.00 from someone who is a loyal customer. You have skewed the facts and they are not true. I never get a blow out and I was scheduled for five foils. I had been going to this salon Selbyville location because it was close to my house, but unfortunately, my experiences with nail tech Anara were constantly disappointing. My gel nails were often uneven, bumpy and wavy. I gave polite feedback so she could fix them next time, but the quality didn't improve much. After only 3 visits, I booked another appointment with a different nail tech and next day it got cancelled and the salon blocked me from booking and left a voicemail saying I was "not a match" for them. Shockingly Anara also texted me stating that the "quality here is low and they can't meet my expectations". Additionally I just found out that a friand of mine had her nails done by Anara 4 months ago and developed an infection after her cuticles were cut improperly. And now my sister who also went here, has decided to stop. If you care about quality work, safety and respectful service, look elsewhere.
