I highly recommend Amanda. She's extremely skilled and knowledgeable when it comes to wigs and toppers. She's also funny and friendly and made me feel so comfortable. I came in with a brand new topper. She dyed it to match my hair color and matched it perfectly. She also dyed my other topper for me and fixed all the clips. The clips on my old topper were broken and she couldn't believe that I was wearing it like that so she fixed it for free. She had me laughing the whole entire time. I went in November with a Groupon deal because I really needed a haircut and color on a budget but, as most women, have had salon nightmares that make me apprehensive and anxious every time I go to one! I found HEC on grouping, called and made an appointment with Amanda for the following day. I arrived at noon from El Cajon (on time). She was no where to b found. I. Called and and she said she had forgot, I agreed to wait 20 min. upon her request. After 30 min I left. She finally called at 1pm an hr later asking if I was still waiting! Are you serious! ? Needless to say this is very bad business and shows a total lack of respect for other peoples time and money(paying for parking and gas)!
