I know I went to check this hair boutique and it was very clean, neat, smelled amazing and everyone inside had a smile on their face and greeted you (I first came in prior to COVID-19 & after moving to CA from the East coast). I went to see Alexis for a consultation (she was so accommodating btw) for my hair thinning. It's a little embarrassing and sad for me to say and talk about it but she made me feel comfortable and made sure I was OK. Alexis was not only an amazing person, but she was also a true professional. I loved how patient and caring she was, you could tell she loves her job and cares about her clients. After my consultation I booked an appointment to get a cut and wash. Later on I decided to do a hair unit for my thinning hair. Alexis again took her time with me and assured me everything was going to be great. She walked me through the steps and always kept communicating with me until the day he finally came to get the unit placed. I was so anxious but again she made me feel comfortable and relaxed. Once she was done I was almost speechless. I was so overwhelmed with joy and excitement. Alexis did a fantastic job. She doesn't understand how much she did for me and what it means to me. I am beyond grateful. I feel happier and more confident in myself I feel like me again and so much more. However, it wasn't just the unit but the whole experience and how amazing Alexis was with me. I have now had my unit replaced one time it lasted long, I got many compliments & I love it. Alexis has continued to care for me & my hair & I am extremely grateful.
