I waked in about 3:15pm and there was someone else in a chair but I thought it's no big deal, because I'm next. I had a 4pm appointment so plenty of time. After 15 minutes someone else walks in. At this point, I'm informed this new customer has an appointment and will go after the existing customer who is still in the chair getting his haircut. So back of the line for me. I didn't actually get my hair cut, because I don't have all day to hope I can get squeezed in. Here's a customer service tip. If you take appointments and you have one coming soon, let the customer who just walked in off the street that doesn't have an appointment know they're not actually next in line. Don't let them waste valuable time waiting for a hair cut only to learn that you're only going to cut their hair if a slot opens up. It's rude and disrespectful and worth one star.

This was my first appointment with Dev and at that establishment. I brought in a picture, showed her exactly what I wanted, and told her I was nervous. She looked at the picture and said she could do it. That was not true. What I left with looks nothing like what I asked for. It is poorly done, uneven, and completely unflattering. At this point, shaving my head feels like a better option than trying to work with what she did. I will be wearing a ball cap and wigs for the next few weeks just to feel presentable, because right now my hair looks terrible. We checked in, we then waited in the back waiting area, and each grabbed a water from the refrigerator. We waited on a few minutes and then MJ came and got us.
