I really liked that they have the number for perfect gel match on the bottles. Saved me so much time digging through a stack of sample colors and comparing it to the regular polish bottle. The salon is very neat and clean, doesn't have that overwhelming "chemical/acrylic dust" smell. They use the bowl bags for the pedicure baths, and the tools used were still warm from the sanitizer. Towels were new and clean. The gentleman that helped me was Henry, and he did a fantastic job! He didn't try to push me into a bunch of upgrades, took his time, and did an excellent job with both the manicure and pedicure. I will definitely ask for him again, and recommend him! I've even called different massage places and nothing. This was the only one that had a therapist available. I've never been to this place so I thought I'd give it a shot also and I've been to numerous different massage places here in AZ.. My therapist was so nice. Unfortunately I couldn't remember her name. She asked me what did I need or what can she worked on. I explained to her that to mainly focus on my back. My shoulders and upper back were very tight. With the type of job I have. My lower back hurts really bad too so I told her to focus on that as well.. She asked what pressure and I told her medium. As she was working on me, her pressure was okay. The massage overall wasn't that very great. Especially, the part where she massaged my hands and arms. I felt like I couldn't feel much pressure. I'm not sure how long she's been doing massages but I honestly felt like she wasn't doing it for very long.. At the end of the massage, she asked how I was feeling. I told her good. I didn't want to be rude because she was so nice. The receptionist asked if I wanted to schedule another session. I told her no. I honestly think this was one of the worst massages I've ever had. For non member I paid $85. I still gave my therapist a $20. She was really nice. Definitely not worth coming back though for a massage. My back is still in pain. . and felt like I didn't really get a massage :(
