I called the salon several times to speak to Grace, the manager, finally called her from my work phone and was able to speak with her. It's been three weeks and the owner has never called me. I will never go to this salon ever again and will never recommend this salon to anyone. I gave it a try knowing I took a chance as this is a new service they provided and it is very close to my house. I never expected to be missing part of my eyebrow as a result that is now not growing back and I have to consider alternatives like microblading so I can fill in the missing hair. Apparently, all of them were newly trained but clearly not well enough. They follow an instruction sheet as they are doing it. As someone who has done lamination many times, the girl who did my lamination said some questionable things during the process. For example, a vital part of lamination is the after care which I received zero information on. I would have been okay with that had my eyebrows been fine. Instead they have thinned out completely and my left is missing a part of the eyebrown that I now have to pencil in every day. It is very clear that they are doing this without solid training in the hopes that it turns out okay. Even when I went back to show them, the second girl had to follow the instruction sheet to see what might have gone wrong and seemed unsure of herself. Super disappointed that I have to now deal with the aftermath of how to get my eyebrows looking back to how they were before.

The salon is very neat and clean, doesn't have that overwhelming "chemical/acrylic dust" smell. They use the bowl bags for the pedicure baths, and the tools used were still warm from the sanitizer. Towels were new and clean. The gentleman that helped me was Henry, and he did a fantastic job! He didn't try to push me into a bunch of upgrades, took his time, and did an excellent job with both the manicure and pedicure. I will definitely ask for him again, and recommend him! The price was very reasonable... I paid $65 overall, and have paid way more for a less quality experience. Definitely a great find! Check it out!

I've even called different massage places and nothing. This was the only one that had a therapist available. I've never been to this place so I thought I'd give it a shot also and I've been to numerous different massage places here in AZ.. My therapist was so nice. Unfortunately I couldn't remember her name. She asked me what did I need or what can she worked on. I explained to her that to mainly focus on my back. My shoulders and upper back were very tight. With the type of job I have. My lower back hurts really bad too so I told her to focus on that as well.. She asked what pressure and I told her medium. As she was working on me, her pressure was okay. The massage overall wasn't that very great. Especially, the part where she massaged my hands and arms. I felt like I couldn't feel much pressure. I'm not sure how long she's been doing massages but I honestly felt like she wasn't doing it for very long.. At the end of the massage, she asked how I was feeling. I told her good. I didn't want to be rude because she was so nice. The receptionist asked if I wanted to schedule another session. I told her no. I honestly think this was one of the worst massages I've ever had. For non member I paid $85. I still gave my therapist a $20. She was really nice. Definitely not worth coming back though for a massage. My back is still in pain. . and felt like I didn't really get a massage :(
