Really like this salon! Came during the week as a walk in, was able to get a pedicure and gel manicure right away. The color selection is well organized and has a great variety. I really liked that they have the number for perfect gel match on the bottles. Saved me so much time digging through a stack of sample colors and comparing it to the regular polish bottle. The salon is very neat and clean, doesn't have that overwhelming "chemical/acrylic dust" smell. They use the bowl bags for the pedicure baths, and the tools used were still warm from the sanitizer. Towels were new and clean. The gentleman that helped me was Henry, and he did a fantastic job! He didn't try to push me into a bunch of upgrades, took his time, and did an excellent job with both the manicure and pedicure. I will definitely ask for him again, and recommend him! The price was very reasonable... I paid $65 overall, and have paid way more for a less quality experience. Definitely a great find! Check it out! read more

I went to this nail salon for the first time today because I wanted to treat myself and my experience and my daughters was terrible. Before I even sat down I confirmed they could remove ingrown toenails, the gentlemen' doing my nails did not know how to remove them and asked for one of the other techs help she rudely stated she would not be doing that because she couldn't and I said that's why I asked first in which I was told yes , I had to take them out myself while there no one once offered to assist we were there for about 4 hours and our nails and toes look horrible. The guy doing my pedicure burned my legs with the hot rags and cut and burned my toes with the drill., I left with product left on my legs My daughter got a full set and they are thick and chunky and all uneven. I myself also got a full set and mine are all different lengths and uneven. I had to take the file myself and do them because they did not know what they were doing. I am almost positive no one there is licensed and 170$ is a lot Of money to have spent on without being satisfied NOT HAPPY I ended up rushing out of there as I had to pick up my child from school and now I'm home with a mess to clean and scorned legs on my only day off thanks for nothing read more

Friendly staff and very clean nail salon. It was fairly quiet when I came in, since it was approaching closing time. I got my nails done in a Christmas-style color scheme, and they turned out wonderfully. Not too thick, not too thin. Everything seemed wonderful until four days later when the gel top coat applied to the top of my SNS dip began to peel off. I can't exactly go back and fix it since they are very far from me - I work in Tempe but live in Glendale. I was only in the area of south chandler because I was helping a coworker prepare for their Christmas party. Honestly if it wasn't for the gel top coat peeling, it would have been a perfect experience. DO NOT GO HERE THEY HAVE THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE IVE EVER SEEN AND THE OWNER WILL ARGUE WITH YOU! I'm writing this review on behalf of my daughter who is 16 years old. Let me also note by saying she's had her nails done multiple times and as her mother being in the industry myself I know what bad customer service is. She first went in on a Friday as a walk in and got sat in Jens spot after waiting 10 minutes ( not a big deal) who sits right at the front to the right, right when you walk in. She examined my daughters nails and asked what she wanted and to which my daughter replied coffin. In 25 minutes, 3 cuts from the file, thick nails, an overwhelming feeling of being rushed and a horrible outcome, my daughters nails were done. My daughter is quiet and doesn't like hurting anyone's feelings so when she was cut by the file she did say ouch but it wasn't until she came home that she started crying because she hated her nails and felt an overwhelming feeling of being rushed and a bad experience. Who's been there ‍?! I told her she needed to call and voice her complaint, so she did. She talked to Jen but didn't realize who she was talking to. After telling Jen about what happened Jen was overly sweet and said to just come it to get them fixed which is great. My daughter shows up the next day and sees the lady ( Jen) who did her nails and hopes she does get assisted by her again. Fortunately, Jen was with another customer....but wait, no, Jen calls over my daughter in front of the other customer and asks my daughter what the problem is...IN FRONT OF THIS OTHER CUSTOMER!!! Awkward! So my daughter, feeling awkward begins to show her reluctantly what was wrong.....in front of this client! She then tells my daughter to have a seat and she'll be with her shortly. My daughter was watching her the whole time with this other client and when the client was done Jen calls my daughter over, NEVER CHANGING OUT THE TOWEL FOR A CLEAN ONE and sits down my daughter to begin on her nails. My daughter finally speaks up and says I would really prefer someone else to do my nails. Jen, gets offended by that and starts going in circles about how no one else can do her nails...my daughter replies with it's ok, I can come in tomorrow. Jen was clearly upset at this point and after going in circles with my daughter finally says fine she can do tomorrow with someone else. OK, NOW THIS IS WHERE IS GETS BAD. My daughter comes home and says mom, I really just don't even want to go back there because Jen made me feel so uncomfortable. So I finally step in to resolve the situation. I call and ask who was assisting my daughter which I now know was Jen and that's who I was also speaking with. Ok, hi Jen can I please speak with the manager? "I am the manager". Ok, can I please speak with the owner then?..." I am the owner!" Oh! Ok, well then let me explain why I'm calling... " I know your daughter, I know what happened" Ok so how can we fix this problem ( she begins to literally go on a rant with me about my daughter as if she was arguing with me)! "She should've spoken up before she left" " I do a good job" " 25 minutes in my profession is a great time" ( to which I replied I'm in the business too and 25 minutes is if you're pumping them in and out and don't care about your work!) "I've been doing this for 20 years" On and on and on AGAIN IN CIRCLES now arguing with me. I finally said, you know what, we want our money back now this is totally unprofessional! She replies " WE DONT RETURN NAILS"! . I told her I would be leaving reviews on all platforms because of this and that apparently didn't bother her one bit, which tells me SHE CARES MORE ABOUT THE MONEY THAN CUSTOMER SERVICE! The fact that she was literally arguing with me about a bad service from her.....and it was just a nail fill, my God! Is she that desperate for money that she would rather get a bad review then give good customer service?!! Apparently! And btw when women get their nails done it's a luxury, and because of that we would like a luxury experience, not a chop shop! read more

Decided to just get a mani pedi and give my nails a break from all the acrylics and breathe a bit, and got a manicure on Friday. By Saturday I had jagged hangnails I didn't have before, he polish was chipping badly and I actually have had to file rough sharp edges from my nails. I figured I'd go in to speak with the owner, as here it is Monday (3 days later) and my nails are atrocious. All she said was nails with regular polish will chip. I went to this place when it first opened. I thought it was great so happy to have found a place so close to home and does a great job. After many successful fills my last two were horrible. The tech kept missing my nail and would get me with the drill and would blame me. They do not care when they miss your nail. The last fill I had the product is not lasting. Will not be back. I have been 3 times. The first experience was a pedicure and they did a good job. But they were understaffed and hustling to get people in. The next time I had an appointment for a gel manicure. I got in fine but they were rushed. Still understaffed. The last time I had a daughter in law and grandson with me. We had appointments for pedicure, manicure and eyebrow wax. Our grandson waited an hour to get in. My nail tech rushed and continually grumbled with the front desk person about the number of appointments coming in with little to no help to accommodate. I brought my mother for a mani pedi and they did a great job with her and while I had my manicure done we discussed my father who is 94 and living in a assisted living home nearby. The owner of the salon volunteered to go to their home and cut and file my Dad's nails. So, we jumped in my car and he gently took care of my Dad's nails at the care home. I was able to make an appointment for the same day. Tina was scheduled to give me a pedicure and she was so nice and was doing such a great job, I added a manicure too. I had her do a gel on my nails and they look very nice, cuticles are clean. I added flowers to my pedicure so the entire cost was $60. The pedicure was $25+$5 for the flowers and the gel manicure was $35. It was a good experience and I will definitely go back. Most places focus on the massage and may not be as accurate on the nail color application- Tina was the opposite and the massage was minimal so just be aware of that- I am sure she'd do more if asked but I had an appointment and needed to leave. read more
