I'm sorry but $95 is way too much for someone with long hair, that left with long hair still. Barely anything cut. I feel ripped off. They also didn't put heat protection on my hair. read more

I went in today to get a haircut and was taken care of by Tanya! She is amazing! She talked me through the whole process while going from long hair to short short hair. I had an appointment for certain time , I called and said I would be 5 minutes late due to construction and traffic . I asked if it was ok they said yes ( if it wasn't I would understand). When I got there exactly at the time I said I would get there , the lady had an attitude then took me to the chair then said she was going to charge me for the full service however she will not be drying my hair or style it . Omg she cut the minimum then said it's all done and 50 dollars later I left looking the same and disturbed about their customer service. My family goes here all the time . I have been here a few times not with this lady but with another one and she was great . Not sure if her name is Cinthia but what a disgrace . I will never come back here again . I came in just out of convenience with the location close to home, I had the pleasure of having Tanya cut and style my hair. She was VERY detail oriented! Assertive and extremely friendly! I came in asking for a Mohawk, and I admit she may have seemed a little hesitant at first, but she really just wanted to make sure I knew what I wanted and we were on the same page. She rocked out the cut, and I left the shop feeling beautiful. She's a great stylist and look forward to seeing her again! read more

They always do a good job washing, cutting, blow drying, and styling my really long hair and it's only $45 dollars. Other places have charged me over $75 for same service; I like the way this place cuts my hair better. They speak Spanish and English and are really nice and friendly. Because of their location, on a random day I called to schedule an appointment and asked for the soonest appointment available for a hair cut. She scheduled me with Cassandra and it was the best luck I had! I've never been to Urban before, so I was nervous meeting someone new for the first time. It was also a dramatic cut- from long hair to a chin length bob with lots of texture. Cassandra did an awesome job, she didn't let me down and went above and beyond to help me with a product purchase. She was so sweet and listened to what I needed in my hair cut and executed it beautifully. I love my new hair, everyone I saw that evening was shocked I made the cut and they loved it! My first hair/color cut with this place was about 5.5 hours long and it was cut by the owner. I liked my end result and the ladies were very nice. My second trim was done by someone else and it very nice, and was quicker. My 3rd cut i took a photo of what i wanted, haircut and color, and it was not the color i asked for. My roots were red and the cut wasn't short enough (I probably should have asked her there and then to cut more) I did let the gal that I didn't like the red roots, my greys come in every two weeks. So now my hair is red, gold hi- lights and red orange, it's not so terribly bad but my skin tones is brown as I'm Hispanic and reds don't look good on me. However, she was nice to recolor the roots a darker brown the following weekend. When I arrived the owner barely acknowledged me. She took a comb and ran it down the back side of my hair as if she were looking for lice, not sure, then walked off. It was very weird considering she cut my hair the very first time. She wasn't the happy go lucky person I met the first time. She's the only reason I decided not to give up on this place. Overall I was pleased that my roots were re- done and the colors is now like the one in the photo. Now, I'll go to my other hair dresser to get the cut I trully want. And I'm not sure sure I'll be going back here. But I must say all the ladies here are very nice! read more

Worst customer service Ever! we discussed pricing before the cut was done. They tried to double charge me. I showed a picture of what I wanted and my cut looks NOTHING like the picture. I didn't expect exactly the same as the reference picture, but this is the worst haircut I have ever gotten!!! She ruined my hair and then tired to overcharge me and was sooo rude about it! read more

I think we found our new favorite place. Our usual salon had a mix up with our appointments so we found this place not far that welcomed us in. The vibe is chill and relaxing with good music. The stylists were great and asked us a lot of questions before cutting and during it. It's also the attention to the small things in the salon that stood out. My hair stylist Chantel moved into this salon this year and it is amazing to come here! All of the ladies here are so friendly and welcoming and it is always a pleasant experience. Prices are very reasonable for the quality of services. The salon is always so clean and they offer beverages and snacks for clients here for several hours. The customer service is exceptional and most of the ladies here are bilingual. I highly recommend coming here to see Chantel or any of the ladies :) read more

Cynthia was so sweet! I got a trim on my hair after a disappointing cut I had been trying to grow out from a previous salon. I haven't had much luck finding someone who didn't butcher my hair but I left extremely satisfied with her work. My hair has got its bounce back and feeling healthy and happy overall!
