First time here and had my pedi and "overlay" little bit of an upscale but my set was old anyways so they got lucky. Daisy did both services. Pretty basic. Didn't get any design. Although they were able to accommodate a walk in, i feel like I could have done my nails better at home.. not only did it feel super unclean with the ladies used gloves, she did not allow me to wash my hands after using the drill / filing which left small debris under the paint & under my nails, then continued to lotion my hands with the dust debris & dirty gloves. Then told me I could wash my hands after? so just washing the lotion off?? My cuticles are very sore and rough today (day after) Very fast and seemed rushed. Update: Response to Jeanette: Thank you for your comment to my review, however, I have to politely disagree with you dismissing Natalie's choice to leave LN as her outgrowing her position. I can't speak to how their other employees are treated, but I am very familiar with Natalie's situation. She is one of the most loyal and hard-working individuals I know and had been with LN since they opened. She brought them a lot of business with her own clientele that followed her to LN, and many times when her clients would call to make an appointment they were told she was busy or booked and they would be scheduled with someone else when she was actually available. When the salon was slow and new customers would walk in, she was often skipped over and was not treated equally by giving the walk-in customer to someone else when it was her turn in the rotation. Beautiful decor, nicely painted gray stripes, lots of crystals and chandeliers. Massage chairs are nice and the foot bowls are Crystalish looking. The music is a bit too loud for my taste. When I go for a manicure or pedicure I would like to relax and clear my thoughts. They were advertising 25% off and gift cards to for making appointments and having services done. I was surprised to see other customers were given the discounts and gift cards and I wasn't. As I drove off the advertisements on the back side of their entrance to the building is still there. I've come here twice and had positive experiences both times. The women working here are very friendly, it's clean, they have full water bottles in the fridge, and the prices are reasonable. I got a pedicure for $45 which was the third level up from the basic spa pedicure. My girl did a great job and I like their color options. Just went in for a dip manicure for myself and a basic mani/pedi for my 6 yr old. The woman who did my daughter's nails was very sweet and did an awesome job! I am disappointed with my experience, though. My nails themselves (the dip) look great! But she literally only did my polish - no cuticle clean up and didn't clean up any of the leftover top coats (see pics). So while the nail color looks great, my hands don't! Logic Nails does decent work, however the business practices need to be closely monitored. The prices change when we go with my daughter and when we do not. Most recently, she was charged $55 for a $35 service that we confirmed in advance. After asking for more information, the owner stated there were new charges for services previously provided, however it still did not equal the price she paid. She then offered to refund the difference, however it's not a question of a few dollars but rather the confirmation that the pricing was not accurate. It's very sad to see a business treating a customer differently due to age, however that has now occurred on two separate occasions. I do want to call out that my wife and daughter have been happy with the quality of services provided, however ethical operations are paramount. read more

Worst service I've had in 20 years, I was cut, disrespected, and left with nails I didn't want. I asked for a fill with a simple flower design, and she pulled out her drill, put it on max and cut my finger up. Not only did she not apologize, but she did not put anything on it to clean it, other than a sliver of a paper towel. She then proceeded to grab two different colors and then what I wanted that were gel. I asked for her to use the regular polish that I picked. When the manager yelled at me that she was not going to do what I asked for unless I switched to what she had. I said no, and she challenged me as to why I would not go with gel, and didn't want to accept the fact that it was just not what I wanted. She proceeded with my plain polish with no design and told me to sit under the fan for 10 minutes, to which I had a timer set. At 8.5 min, she touched my nails and told me I could go. I asked if she was sure they were dry enough, and she said yes. I then opened my purse to grab my wallet, and my nails dented and smeared. I was over the whole experience, paid, and left. What a beautiful boutique feel shop with great prices and amazing customer service!! They have all the nail polish colors, so many options I was impressed. They are new so they have a great promotion, 25% of your services get added into a gift card for the next time you come back. I racked up 35$ for my next visit. #WIN!! This may be the coolest, most boujie place I have ever received a pedicure from. My husband and I got JELLY PEDICURES. They poured some magic powder into our water and it literally turned into jelly, and it was the most amazing thing ever. I felt like a little kid sloshing my feet around in this jelly. Horrible. They wear their masks over their chins but brag that 'every team member in this salon has been vaccinated for Covid 19' with a sign in the front window. They re-used tools on multiple customers - I had to ask for clean ones, including the 10 cent emery boards. They do not actually speak to customers, they grunt. The woman 'doing my nails' clipped the skin of my thumb - I yanked it away, and said 'oww' and she reached across the table and tried to grab my hand, repeatedly saying 'sorry, sorry'. She got. mad when I got up to go get a towel to stop the bleeding. She followed me, trying to grab my hand and pull me back to the table, as if this would make everything ok. AWFUL. The photos online are NOT representative. My 'technician' was wearing a beer t-shirt and pajama pants on with filthy flip flops. My wife has come home twice from this place saying how poorly she was treated. The first time she was completely hurried out and never finished the treatment. This time she was argued with about colors and her and her friends were given attitude the whole time. She is not one to complain about service but it gets old paying that much to be treated like crap, especially when given a second chance... Update: I went in and asked for a refund and was denied. No apology for the way she was treated and said her nails "look great." The first picture is what she requested and the second picture is what she got. She asked why he didn't do the design and said was told he forgot and couldn't do anything about it. Natalie was always an amazing nail girl along with Mimi & Ann... always our go to girls every 3 weeks. Everyone at the salon is always professional and the manager, Diane is always so helpful. They have a lot of long-term employees working which contradicts your comments of treating their employees poorly. Hi. Today's was my 2nd trip here and both my pedicure technician Mimi and Acrylic full set ombré(Paul) were the nicest and did a fabulous job. The staff was very friendly too and overall i had a great experience here. I'm just slightly annoyed because of a small situation. I was debating between dip and acrylic and when I asked my technician Mimi for the price difference between an ombré dip vs ombré acrylic both oval she told me $50 for dip and $60 for the acrylic. So I decided to do the Acrylic. When I was paying I was quoted $70 for the acrylic and when I asked why the extra $10 I was told it was the ombré. I still thought that was odd and a big jump from $50 to $70 from dip to acrylic. I would have probably not done it if I had known. Anyhow I paid and left. When I got home I went on the website and the service price list has Ombré acrylic full set at $60 just like Mimi had quoted me. I know it's only $10 but i am a little peeved that I was overcharged for it despite my asking beforehand and the listed price list. It's a little disappointing because I love this place and the staff but It leaves a little sadness when I feel like I got jipped. I paid $103 total with $15 tip. To the reply from Tammy on my post. They are not pink and white acrylic. I have had them in the past so I know what that is and I know it takes longer which is why it costs more. I sat in the chair for 20 minutes asked for plain white tips with just acrylic on top. The tech took it upon herself to put clear tips with acrylic and then use gel for the French tip. Which is NOT what I asked for. It hasn't even been a week and 6 of my nails are lifting. I absolutely will not be returning. Do not go here they will charge a ton for quick shitty work and then claim it's something that it is not. read more

Went in to have my daughters dip removed and Diane took us back. She said no words to either one of us, smirked and shot bad looks, treated us unkind, and we felt like we were at a detention center. Then she left, and Kristy came over with kindness and finished off the job. She had such a kind and sweet disposition, and we appreciate her helping us. Thank you Kristy! I really wanted to like this place! It's very clean and modern and the woman at the front was friendly. I went in with my husband for pedicures and a dip manicure for myself. His pedicure was done by Jenny and seemed to be done well. Vincent did my pedicure and nails and it was an awful experience. He cut my toe nails very short and very odd shaped. When doing my nails he cut me on almost every single finger and would ignore me each time I said it was hurting. The last cut he went so deep I had to yank my hand away. He glued it to stop the bleeding. It's 7 hours since I left and whatever top coat he put on the dip is peeling away, which I have never experienced peeling with dip. I did communicate my concerns and received $15 off our total bill but now that the nails are peeling on top of the other issues just confirms we won't return. read more

This is my 2nd time going to Natalie, so far she's been such a great nail technician. She has a great personality and customer service to her clients. My nails have lasted as long as 4.5 weeks with the gel top coat. I'm a hairdresser and my hands are always in water. No lifting and cracking.
