I came in on Christmas Eve around 3pm, I was looking for some shine for my hair, but at the same time had been wanting to cut my hair to donate to Locks of Love... Denise asked if she could help me find something, after I decided on an oil, I asked about a haircut & told her when I was searching for salons under Locks of Love this salon came up. Denise asked a guy working there then came back & told me they didn't do Locks of Love... I asked if she could cut it while it was rubber banded so I could send it in myself, she said yes she could do that... She showed me where 10 inches would be and made sure I was okay with that before she started cutting, she also braided the hair so it would stay together.... I was really happy I was able to get it done before I chickened out, especially considering it was Christmas Eve. It was $40 for a cut and wash. read more

The owner Jose a JERK! I went in the salon because I wanted my hair lighten....we decided to strip my hair. I sat waiting for him while he cut two other people hair. I decided to be patience. He finally came and check up in me...he rinse my hair than again left me sitting there while he cut another person hair. He put dye on my roots only which I was kind of confused about why only my roots but decided to trust him he cut and dried my hair. It looked okay but NOT WORTH $125 by this time it was already after 9pm and I wanted to go home. The next day I look at my hair and my roots are two shades lighter than my hair. I went back and ask him to fix it...he gave me attitude and roughly putt dye only on my roots again I HATE MY HAIR :( i have spots everywhere on my hair. save your money and dont come here! read more

I called on a Saturday morning to see if I can get my hair curled for a wedding I was attending. Yay! There was room for me. I showed up and Adrian was my stylist. I did NOT want my hair washed because I just had my make-up done elsewhere but he insisted I had too much product in it. Say whaaaaaaaat? Ok fine wash it but if you drip water down my face....I'm washing out your perm Adrian! (Yes he has a perm) He was gentle enough not to get water on my face....you're safe for now buddy! Overall, 3 stars for a nice wash, OK curls, and a nice chat after about 15 minutes of silence. I had to practically beat him with the curling iron to crack a smile out of him. $55 total for my trip. I came here desperate for someone to help me. I had gone to a salon near my house to get an ombre look and to my dismay, it turned out just horrible. Basically half my hair was bleached and the top brown. luckily I found this salon through a co- worker so I decided to go in and try it out. So I came back to get my hair fixed 2 days later by the owner jose, and let me say although not much of a conversation was exchanged I was really happy with the end result. Shampoo was good and the haircut was detailed compared to the last time. My hair was dried throughly and straightened by sections and dry cut my hair bluntly. I wish I would have received this from the beginning but ultimately everything was fixed that was wrong with my hair. Went in with hair at my shoulders. I asked for volume and layers and came out with an uneven cut close to my ears. The stylist did not understand my request or my hair. Had to visit a second salon to straighten the cut. This is a place you should not expect more than coloring, updos, and blowouts. I would not go back or recommend the stylist for an actual "cut." read more

Some people here know what they're doing, and others DO NOT. Do not get a manicure here, they DO not know what they are doing and it takes WAY TOO LONG. I've had good haircuts here and I've had bad ones. It's a hit or miss, if you find a good hairdresser, stick to them. One guy cut my bangs WAY too short once, he didn't take into account that hair does not sit flat against the skin, that it bounces and becomes shorter after you cut it while pulling on the hair. Thankfully hair grows so I had to pin my bangs up for 2 weeks until they were long enough. read more

This place was pretty good. I went into get hair extensions and I was glad that they take walk-ins. The owner was the one who did my extensions. He was pretty fast and did a good job. I ask how long he had been a cosmetologist and he said for 13 years. I also asked where they get their hair from because it is only real human hair they use for extensions. He said they get it from India or the Europe area. I got 18 inch hair extensions sewn in, I had three tracks put in which means he put three braids on my head and sewed three strips of hair in. To me the price was a little high. At $75 dollars a strand so the extensions coated me $225. But I really wanted them. But altogether they were a nice salon. read more

went in on a sunday since it was my day off and not many hair salons were open in my area. it was a quick 10 min trip to the hair salon. Rochelle was my stylists and i went to her in hopes that she would do a good job, it had been the first time i went to someone new to cut my hair, my old stylists had retired to i didnt know where to go, ( i dont really trust anyone to handle my hair, bad chop experience) but rochelle was super friendly and made me feel quite at home. i have alot of hair so i was nervous with cutting it. chopped off at least 2-3 inches and gave me long layers and bangs. it was perfect and completly what i wanted. i loved it. she didnt have enough time to straighten it so she blowed dry it so i just went home and straightened and it was perfect! i will DEF be going back to this place! ;) read more

I have been coming here for years. I love the staff and Jose is AHHHMAZING! My hair is always on point.

Okay so I made an appointment for my daughter this past Sunday, This was our first time coming here.. we walked and no one greeted us we continued to sign in the 2 gentle men cutting hair just looked at us and said not one word.... about 20 mins later I believe his name was Jose comes to my daughter and says "let me wash you" not a hello are you ? Or hi my name is, I will be washing ur hair No nothing just a let me wash you I was like okay!! Then take her over to the chair to brush out her hair says nothing ! When done brushing out her hair he says & points to the other gentle man & says he will be rite with you ... so about 20 mins later he is finally done doing his blow out. He tells my daughter to sit in his chair we got one smile out of him when he asked wat we wanted done to her hair after that not one word made my daughter & I uncomfortable, he looked mad the entire time. I believe his name was Tony.. As a professional makeup artist, I was taught that you always put ur clients first ! make sure you make them feel comfortable talk to them while doing there makeup always smile you need them they don't need you ! I asked for hombre and it's looks horrible. I had to go twice just so they can fix it, but it only got worse. There's spots on my hair where its not even bleached and they put a stupid highlight on my bangs WHICH I DID NOT ask for. I told them to leave them alone and they still went ahead and did it. I am rating this on customer service. I read the reviews on yelp and went to there website and made an appointment for Thursday that week. I called in on Wednesday and spoke with Adrian. I asked if they received my appointment that was made online and he seemed confused about that. I asked him if I could make an appointment for today (Wednesday) and he said no just come in we are open until 9pm. I told him I got out of school at 6pm and would be there right after. He said that was fine that I did not need an appointment and I would be seen by someone. I got to the salon at 6:45 and it was closed. Lights out no one was home! I can see why he did not want me to make an appointment, no one was going to be there to help me! Also just to note the night I was looking at the site which was Tuesday I called the salon to make an appointment around 7pm and there was no answer, the hours stated they are open til 9am. That is why I made the online appointment. The site stated that someone would call to confirm my appointment in 24hrs. Well as you can guess I never received a call! Needles to say I will find another salon to give my business to. read more

I found this place by following my hair stylist Claudia from her previous place of employment to this new salon. The salon is lovely nicely decorated and always very clean. Everyone is friendly when you arrive as well. I tend to be a very last minute kind of person when it comes to getting my hair done and Claudia who is an awesome stylist is always booked far in advance so when I couldn't get an appointment with her within the same week I started searching for someone else I could my hair dkne with asap because it needed some serious help. The reviews on here and a quick social media search led me to Lauren and her instagram page where she posts photos of work she has done, which I love because I don't want to go into a salon and trust someone blindly with something like a cut and dye. I was able to get an appointment with her asap and on a Friday afternoon which worked out perfectly for me. She was very nice and friendly and she did a great job bringing my hair back to life it was dry and dull and had a million colors and she was very honest about what could and couldn't be done with my hair at the point that it was which I appreciate. She gave me great low maintenance highlights which is what I asked for and I was pleased with my overall experience. I'm going back this week for a touch up on my color and a trim again with Lauren. Lauren and Claudia are the only 2 I've had work on my hair there and I love them both which is lucky for me cuz hopefully one of them can always fit me in. read more

Okay so I used to come here all the time until my last haircut and color with rose. My hair came out nothing like the photo I showed her. I got highlights but she insisted on not dying my base. My base had red in it. So I left the salon with red brown and blonde in my hair. It was horrible. My blonde areas had patches of brown! I should've went back to argue for my money back. This is my second time here and i honestly loved it so much more than my first time! i scheduled my appt with Ben and he is hands down the coolest stylist. He listened to everything i asked for, and even suggested better alternatives that would fit my face shape better. Went to this place cause my stylist was not available and i was attending a wedding and wanted to trim my hair to get a nice curl that eveneing. The stylist who did my hair sucked! She said she had over 20 years of experience so I trusted her. Never again! I asked for a simple trim, nothing off of the length and long side swept bangs. She cut nearly two inches off and uneven. Then cut my bangs with a razor. Didn't even define a section of my bangs. Cut to far back and to far low. My hair is choppy and uneven. I have to wear it in a pony tail most of the time and even for that I have to pin back the sides cause they don't reach the rubber band. I will never cheat on my stylist again! read more

AMAZING! LOVE THIS PLACE! When i first went in i had my hair a total mess! It felt like hay due to over processed bleaching and i had roots that were about 2 to 3 inches long!
