I was looking for a hair salon that open on Sunday, and I came in at 10 am without an appointment. Lulu greet me and cut my daughters hair. She was so attentive and nice during the service (I was lucky I got service without an appointment) It is hard for me to find a hair stylist for my daughter because she has a lot of hair, and I had had bad experiences, but Lulu did an amazing cut. She was very confident, fast, and super friendly during the cut. You can tell she has experience and know her job. She verifies several times the style we requested, and at the end she add some suggestions that we love. Definitely highly recommended! read more

I started coming to Lulu back in June. I got tired of dealing with my long hair so I hit her up last night and asked if she could do something similar to the many different shaved undercut pixie pictures i was showing her. I wanted a buzz but not a complete buzz but also to have some hair .. she knew exactly what I wanted. I'm super pleased. She takes her time and asks your input as she is progressing. She's kind and also a good listener (much cheaper than therapy ). The salon does comply with cdc guidelines which makes me very happy. Come visit her. You won't regret it. read more

HORRIBLE! Reyna is thief! If i could i would give 0 stars. She over charged my 73 year old grandma and stole money from her. When asked what she charges, Reyna said she charges $160, at the end of the session she then changed the price to $200, then as my grandma pulls out her cash, Reyna changed the price AGAIN to $350. I had to argue with her to get an itemized receipt & when i got one, it was fake and handwritten!! And get this, the price on the receipt said $225. THATS FOUR DIFFERENT PRICES!!!!! REYNA then insisted that my grandma does this all the time, which is NOT TRUE. My grandma has gone to this salon for 20 years and since Deborah left, this was my grandmas first encounter with Reyna. So how does that make sense??? Anyway, I'd stay far away from this place, unless you want $190 STOLEN from you. read more

Asked for lots of layers but keep the length. though the lady was nice, the hair cut I ended up with is NOT what I asked for, not even close. I was very dissatisfied with the results. Completely regret having my hair cut here. There's a small portion of hair that's randomly much longer than the rest of the layers. She fucked up my hair, it was almost at my waist and she messed it up so bad. Note, this is a review on the quality of hair cut, the lady was nice, just clearly not qualified for the haircut I asked for. I regret coming here and chopping off my hair. I called to get info on straightening my hair, Reyna was able to answer all my questions and took me in the following day. My hair was thinning and damaged, so Reyna cut my hair, gave me some red balayage highlights and a Brazilian blowout. My hair was majorly transformed and looked amazing after!!! A week after all of that and my hair is still gorgeous, smooth and looks shiny and healthy. Reyna gave me tips on how to care for my hair, she was so sweet and caring the whole time I was in the salon and after also. If I could give this place a negative rating I would. They take advantage of the elderly and overcharged them. My grandma has been going to this salon for over 20 years and REINA worked on her hair. First of all she left her hair blotchy and then tries to charge her $350 for her work when she CLAIMS that she only charges $160. Hmmmm , sketchy huh? I called and asked Reyna to tell me her prices and explain to me how my mom's bill was $350.00 for color and highlights. she told me she didn't charge 350.
