I grew my hair out for 3 years to only get a complete whack job. I told Jennifer to leave the bottom of my hair thick- not to thin in our wi th my hair texture. She cut and cut and cut into my hair. Now, the bottom 3 inches of my hair looks like a tail around my head and the other layers were cut into over and over and over again. The result is frizz. My hair looks like straw no matter what I do because she refused to listen to me- she just cut away at will and it was not the picture I showed her. I told her exactly what TO DO, and what NOT TO DO, to no avail. This is the worst cut Ive ever had in my life. I paid 155 plus tip for a horrendous hairstyle. My mother was in dismay looking at my hair. I cried for two days. Go somewhere else!

You can either select your own style, or let the stylists choose what's best for you. After the cut, you will go rinse the hair, and lastly style.
