Your job is to do what is asked of you by the customer not what you want to do. With that being said, the woman who did my hair fried it, I have fine hair, you don't get to rip it out, she literally pulled the comb though the knots she created, anyone with common sense knows you don't do that, even after conditioning my hair it felt dry and fried, she was extremely rough and couldn't tell that I was getting madder each pull of my head. If this is how paying customers are treated you do not belong in business, and the hairdresser should be fried or retrained, but in my opinion she doesn't belong as a hairdresser. I will never ever go back, she didn't even cut or style it as requested. Very poor service and quality, I guess you get what you pay for.

I had really terrible, grown-out highlights from a different hair salon and wanted to somehow fix them. The owner of Trendsetters (Nancy, I think) worked her magic. I now have a gorgeous dark red which turned out better than I had expected or hoped for. She gave my hair a trim and really gave it a wonderful shape. At a recommendation from a friend, I tried out Creative Hairstyling Salon and requested an appointment from Elana. I have to say, Elana made me regain my faith in salon visits and hair-cuts! Being someone who doesn't know much about hair (or even know how to take care of it), Elana was incredibly supportive and was able to educate me on how to take care of my hair. She promotes long-term, sustainable, and healthy hair on top of being able to make it look good. During the visit itself, she was very personable and conversational, which I like. I didn't even realize an hour went by for the haircut. I went in for a wash, dry, and cut. All considerations for my sensitive skin were addressed because they use all organic/natural products in their operations.
