Always great music and conversations with the stylists, I have a local barber I see regularly these days but they weren't comfortable with a special request I had after dying my hair so I gave Old Bank a call. I went to see Dante on a Wednesday at noon and he was not only a pleasure to talk to but did a great job giving me a Mohawk which I have gotten a ton of complements on. The powders were all empty, and the jars all had chunks missing out of them. When I reached out to their store, they tried to gaslight me into thinking I didn't know the powders would be light. I even sent photos to their email to which they just responded that they were going to send a return label. No offer to re-send new product, nothing. I've never received such poor service from a store. How bad does an establishment have to be to allow their employees (intentional or not) to pack returned/used items to fulfill an order. This whole situation is so bizarre. Never again.

According to the screen we had 5 minutes left, when my 7yo had to go to the bathroom. I started to head back, but was stopped and told the bathroom isn't open to the public. One lady suggested I go to the Giant at the end of the shopping center and come back. Even though I waited so long this is such bad business I felt I had to leave. None of the employees were mean about it, I didn't cause a scene or dig in my heels or anything. I don't know if it's policy that comes from above, or what the reasoning would be behind this, but especially because they advertise haircuts for children, this is such bad business. They should at least put a sign on the door that customers can't use the restroom. Never thought I'd be writing a review based on a bathroom, but here it is. Awful customer service.
