When first started going, the neck rub was included free with nail service, I got my nails done first and no massage was given. When I got my pedicure, it clearly states, if you upgrade the massage is included in the price. It's not worth me traveling the distance to get my nails done, they aren't immaculate so I wasn't impressed. I guess all good or great things don't stay the same. You win some!! But not all the time. I will say they have moved one or two doors done so the business is definitely bigger, not better just bigger.

The owner also mentioned that if anything goes wrong with your gel polish within 10 days of your service you can call and request a touch up visit for free! For Covid-19 precautions, your temperature will be checked at the front desk prior to entry and all customers are required to wear masks. So the pedicure felt like it was 10 minutes versus the typical 20+ minutes. I was in my phone so this is my fault for not paying attention. I was patronizing a nearby by mail salon but opted to return to Glenside this time to check out the newer space. The other salon would file the dead skin off my feet, brush the toes, and then proceed to clean the toenail area. I did not feel any of that occur. So when it came time to get my nails done, I was focused. The technician missed the hot towel on the hands before adding lotion to wrap up my service so now I truly feel a few steps were missed during the pedicure process. I will return and next time pay attention to each step that is typically included in the service because the heels of my feet don't feel as soft as they typically do after a pedicure.
