They will tell you wait is 10 minutes. 30 minutes after my appointment time I left. My time is valuable. They do not agree.

Went in there with my daughter for a pedicure (me) and acrylic nails (her). I had a total of $70 in gift cards given to me within the last 2 years, with the last one being dated 3/2025. There is no expiration date listed on any of these gift cards. Apparently the place has changed hands 3 times during that time. This place refused to honor any of my gift cards including the one from 4 months ago. On top of that they did a horrible job on my toes. No pumice or effort to remove any dead skin/calous, weak hands and a crappy paint job. I swear that the lady that did my toes had never ever done a pedicure before. One of the higher ups had to keep coming over to help her. We will NEVER go there again! Please do yourself a favor and visit another establishment in the area. I'm a huge supporter of local businesse, however this place is a complete flop. read more

Very disappointing experience. I paid for a classic pedicure and did not get the full services included. The technician, Bella, who did my nails was friendly, though very inexperienced. She was not thorough at all with any part of the pedicure. She briefly rubbed the scrub on tops of my legs for maybe 5 seconds tops each leg-never made it down to the feet. The scrub is my favorite part so that was especially disappointing! Then the massage which felt more like an annoying tickle with absolutely no pressure at all. Then the hot stone which again, briefly rubbed one section of my calf and it was over. And finally, the nail polish is a little chunky, so thats a shame. If I am paying full price for a pedicure, I expect the full service from a technician who is experienced. I understand that people are new and still learning, but maybe adjust the price or have a more experienced employe checking in during the process. I hope that the owner takes some time to make sure the employees are well trained prior to providing services to customers. I will not go back. There are enough nail salons in the area that provide a much higher quality service. read more

My sisters and I used to go quite often and loved it. I guess a few years ago there was new management and it became an awful experience making an appointment and my sister had a horrible experience getting her dip. read more

I've had a lot of bad experiences here with the male nail stylist, but i decided to give them another chance due to the location and price. Went on a tuesday night at around 630. I called before to make sure it was okay that I came an hour before they closed. I let them know I had dip powder already on my nails and that I wanted dip again. They said it was okay and to come in. Instead of soaking my nails to take the dip off, the man took a fake tip, shoved it under my dip nail, and ripped them off. After clearly being in pain and asking why he was not soaking them, he said "this is easier." Will not be going back again. read more

I wish I didn't have to give this a bad review because the nail techs there are great, the service is good, and the finished product is lovely. It's the male manager!!! If you go, bring a set of noise canceling headphones!! I came for a mani/pedi and upon sitting down the nail tech says to me, "Please don't mind the snoring.. it's my boss." As soon as she mentions it, the snoring begins LOUDLY coming out of the skin-services room. So I ask her, is it always like this? Does he ever stop?" She goes, "Yeah but I just put on my headphones.." While my pedicure is underway, I wait. Still snoring...and snoring... So I ask, "I'm sorry but I'm going to need to run to my car and get my headphones or could you wake him up?" She looks at me nervously and replies, "I don't want to wake him up because you know when you wake up old people and they get startled?.. Could you get your headphones?" Now I'm thinking this is an elderly man. I stop my pedicure midway to walk out in those thin flip flops to get my noise canceling headphones that I fortunately had brought home from work. When I get back in, she says "Oh he woke up." No sooner does she say that but the "boss" man -- NOT AT ALL OLD! LIKE IN HIS 40s!!!-- walks out from the bathroom, looks at me all groggy, goes, "Hi...", walks back into the skin services closet, and I sh** you not, starts immediately snoring again!!!! I popped on my headphones and here I sit right now writing this while getting my pedicure. Unreal!!! While I like my nails and the girls, I won't be coming back because of the "boss." I cannot say enough about this place. It is a true hidden gem. The owners are super friendly and funny. They do an amazing, clean job on your nails. The spa pedicure is insane- like it was so thorough and sensational I thought I was gonna pass out it felt so good. And the prices literally can't be beat. A pedi and gel mani for $40?! Where else do they do that?! Nowhere!! I can't wait to go back and get my nails done-- even tho my visits aren't as frequent as I'd like because they do such a good job that the paint lasts forever. i have been going to Oreland nails for a few years now. I get my facial waxing needs done as well as my pedicures. I have only had one less than acceptable experience, and find that there is a lack of consistency with the newer workers, however my pedicure is always thorough and the nail care is very good. The polishing lasts many months, ususally (I am not good about going back regularly). I find the owner and her husband are best. Most of the workers have poor English but we can understand each other well enough. I am always amazed at how little they charge. In general I think they are very good and very affordable. I find they do care for their supplies appropriately, and in order to keep costs down they bought second hand salon equipment, which was a great improvement over the original equipment. It isn't a fancy place nor elegant but I find it more than meets my needs. Which I assume is their goal. read more

I'll still go here since it's nearby. The last time I was here they had a new girl whose English was practically non-existent. My friend grows some long-ish nails and always has. Well, they cut them super short, made them way too square for her liking (some more square then others; also, the length between all of her nails was anything but uniform), and then slathered her butchered nails with a shade of pink intended for a 10-year-old girl. She says it will take her several months to recoup her natural length and shape. Also, although the tools used on me were rust free, the nail station I sat at had some super rusty nail and TOE nail tools on display (in a little cup, as in, I guess they use that shit on somebody). Clean this place up, make sure your girls have a good nail-related vocabulary bank, and take care of your tools unless you want people to start getting infections and trying to shut stuff down. It isn't a fancy or elegant place but you can't beat a $15 french manicure they do free nail designs on two of your nails (a lot of places take an extra $5 for that). They are very quick too in and out in less than an hour. They accept credit cards but prefer that you pay in cash. They have poor English but I can understand the basics of what they are saying. Went here for a spa pedicure at 36 weeks pregnant. Included hot stones and massage. The lady who did it took her time and really made it last. The polish Dane our shiny and beautiful and lasted until I had my baby 3 weeks later. I highly recommend. This place does okay work. My main complaint is that the place was kind of dirty. Not in a "I'm afraid to get an infection" way, but there was nail dust EVERYWHERE. The worst I've ever seen. The technician even said they had been slow all day. They were watching TV and had no customers when I came in. You would think that they could use that time to clean up a bit. read more

I just had a great experience getting a pedicure at this salon. I don't know it it's because I'm 8 months pregnant but the technician took her time and gave me the best pedicure, she took her time massaging my legs and feet. While I waited 10 minutes for my nails to dry she massaged my neck and back. The price is very reasonable $20 for a pedicure with all that attention. I will definitely be back. read more
