The so called highlights are non existent, I feel like maybe the formula was mixed incorrectly and the cut is really mediocre. To begin with, there is no waiting inside the salon. You have to stay in your car and call them and they will tell you when to come in so we already started on the right foot! The first thing you will need to do is use sanitizer when you walk in and put on your face mask. Everyone inside was wearing a mask so it felt even more comforting. Additionally, the stylists have their chairs set 6 feet apart to follow social distancing. Everything from the chair to the hair washing stations are sanitizer after each person is done. Kenzie Turk was my stylist and she was awesome! Great conversation without it being too much and she recommended some products but wasn't pushy like some other places! I will definitely come back!
