I have been tanning for over 20 years and the girl at the front desk refused to let me go anything more than 6 minutes at any level because it was my first time at this location. Yet the price stayed the same with the same amount of minutes. After politely bringing this up to her multiple times how I didn't like being charged double because it's my first time, she continued trying to push the membership on me. This was horrible experience and I would do everything in your power never to come here!

Shortly after my visit to La Tan I received an email stating I was "missed," and the balance would be waived. I continued to receive emails from La Tan one which was customer appreciation on April 24 and ,25, 2026. Perfect opportunity to try out La Tan once again. I arrived and was once again told I had a balance. It appears in order for my balance to be waived, I needed to use a COUPON which had expired 3/31/2026. I guess I was not really missed.
