Very disappointed!…read more All three of my experiences here have been bad, but my last visit was unacceptable. The pedicure tech was extremely rude and unprofessional. Even the ladies around me noticed and told me to complain. He repeatedly got up every 2-3 minutes to talk to others, barely communicated with me, and handled my feet roughly. He left my feet in the water for less than five minutes and skipped services included in my package, including the sugar scrub and oil massage. I had to ask for them afterward, and he carelessly scrubbed for about 30 seconds and rinsed my feet in the dirty tub without the protective liner. He also refused to help me find the color I wanted, yelled at me when I explained where it was, I had to go at the wall and look for it myself since he didn't want to give me another color booklet. He applied the protective coat improperly, skipped the finishing oil, and only cared about the payment. I had to ask for another tech to do my nails. I specifically requested a short acrylic fill listed at $36, but was charged $60. When I questioned it, the manager claimed my nails were medium, which was simply not true. My sister paid $58 for medium/long acrylics there, so charging $60 for a short fill makes no sense. This place is clearly prioritizing money over quality and professionalism. I regret recommending it to my friends and family. I will not be returning and will gladly take my business elsewhere. I made an honest Google review, based on my actual experience and the owner said that it is untrue, even though there were witnesses. Thankfully I have videos documenting what happened. I will be happy to share them across all of my social media platforms to show the lack of professionalism and accountability of your staff.

I already despise tipping on a service that has a rate and there is nothing to do that would be EXTRA but I tipped $1 on the $12.99 and she rolled her eyes when she looked at the screen to complete the checkout. She's literally lucky I could not take the $1 back. I realize there are not many threading places available which is already disheartening but I'll keep trying to find a different threading location. He then said you shouldn't have came here if you're sick very loud and in front of other customers and staff. I tried explaining to him that I was choking and just needed a drink of water to which he said no one in here wants to be around someone that's couching and is sick and you sound very sick. It really caught me so off guard that he would treat me like this. He said I should've stayed home and not came in here if I was sick and that no one in the shop wanted to hear me cough or be around me. I almost got up and walked out with both of my kids because of the way he treated me but It wouldn't have been fair to my son who only had half a hair cut. So I continued sitting there and within a minute he glared back over at me and started making comments again under his breath about me. I then got up paid for my son's hair cut and took my older son and told my younger son when he was done we would be in the car. I don't think I've ever been treated so rudely before by someone while I was there paying for a service from them. When my son came out from getting his haircut he was very upset because of what happened and said after I left the barber continued to talk about and bad mouth me to him while he finished.
