I took my daughter here and first I will say, I wish I knew her name because she was great with my daughter. Gave her a manicure and pedicure including little flowers painted on. However my pedicure was AWFUL. He did not file my nails and he was struggling to see the whole time. You can see in the picture where my nails where left raw on the edges and just looks like I painted them at home. I also left with polish on my skin that I had to remove when I got home. They used files that were not clean and showed. Lear signs of prior use. The dryers for the nails were dirty as you could feel the buildup. One of us had several of our nails fell off within a week. Mine were uneven and my polish on my natural nails was not even fully removed prior to putting on acrylics. Was not worth the quality for the convenience. The worst nail salon experience I've ever had in my life! To start off with I was ignored when entering the salon. After waiting awhile I had to go up to a technician and ask if they had time to do a pedicure. They said yes and seemed annoyed that I wasn't going to tolerate being ignored anymore and took matters into my own hands. I sat down and was taken care of by an elderly woman who clearly has early stages of dementia (not her fault.). She did not clip my toenails and scrubbed my toes with a dry brush. No soap or water. She also placed rocks on my legs when I didn't even ask for them. While I was receiving the pedicure two of the technicians were laughing at the elderly woman and myself. Apparently this was a joke to them. I have never been treated so rudely in my life and I will not be back! They just lost a great customer . I did however give the elderly woman a large tip for doing her best and treating me with respect. read more

Amazing as always , they take the proper precautions with sanitation. The store is always neat and clean ! Love the decor and while all this mess is going on they are still really friendly and have a lot of options. I always go to tee she's amazing with eye brows and nails ! I went in for a pedi/ gel mani. My daughter recommended I go and ask for Long but there were only two women there when I arrived. The first pedi chair I was put in had ice cold water. I was then moved a chair over where they literally heated water up in the coffee pot and poured it in. No bubbles, no nada. My polish was removed and heals were callous removed for an additional $5. That's it. The two second massage consisted of her punching my feet and trying to pull my toes out of socket. Polish was applied and nothing more. No clipping, filing, cleaning out the sides, etc. This literally the worst pedicure I have ever received. read more

Do not go here! I went in to get just a basic manicure while a friend of mine got a pedicure. The man doing my nails rushed through the whole process and was very rough. When he was finished, I had skin peeling around my nails, polish all over my skin and the top coat didn't even cover the nail, so it looked streaky. He was rude and acted like I was an inconvenience. My friend decided to use a deep red on her toes which was a mistake, because when the pedicure was finished, it looked like her feet were bloody. Her toe nails were uneven, the polish was all over her skin and some of her nails weren't even fully covered. I wish I had read reviews before choosing a salon in an unfamiliar area. Wish this place was closer to our home in NY. My daughter and I were on a long road trip to take her to Law School. Our local place where we usually go made a mess of her manicure since owner was on vacation. Just by chance we decided to take a break from driving and see if we could get her nails redone with a design. This place was welcoming, professional and well priced. The manicurist kept checking with my daughter to see if she liked what was being done. She left with a big smile and said when she takes the drive again she will stop in since they were so nice !! read more

I came in today spur of the moment to get a manicure after my Birthday. Just to celebrate. It was a great experience for me. I got a different type of polish a gel and it's great. Dried quick and I am completely and totally satified with my black nails. The man that helped me named Austin spoke English very well heck even charged my phone while he did my nails. Paid for a manicure, pedicure, eyebrows and full set of nails. No complaints of pedicure but no manicure was done before tips were placed. Eyebrows looked terrible. I could not understand anything the technician said no matter how hard i tried. I will not go back to this place nor will I recommend to any of my friends. This nail salon was awful. I came in because my regular salon is closed on Sundays. I asked for a fill with faded glitter and gel and the guy kept saying how hard it was for him to do it. I kept asking the other male worker to help him and he threw his hands up and acted like he didn't understand English. After a while, he told me that the one girl was the owner and she looked at my nails and started shaking her head at how bad they were. I asked the guy why he acted like he didn't understand when I asked for the owner and he did the same no English shrug. The owner asked if I wanted them reshaped and I said no I wanted them taken off and re-done. She did re-do them and tried to mend the experience... but she saw the whole thing and never offered to help. As I was going in, another girl started getting her gels filled and the no English guy starting screwing her around too. I told her she'd be smart to leave.
