I had the best experience during my scalp appointment with her. 100/10 Long Version: I visited Helen on August 8th for a scalp treatment and OH MY GOSH!!!!!!!! This service exceeded all my expectations. I knew that it was going to be amazing but wow, Helen blew me away with her service. She was so informative and thorough when talking to me about my scalp health. She really took the time to explain everything to me, and provided me with some tips to improve my scalp and hair health. The first part of the appt consisted of checking my scalp with a little camera (which was so cool) and Helen giving me LOTS of informative information about my personal scalp/hair health. She helped me rid myself of the most bothersome and ridiculously expensive extensions I had been using before I found her and gave me the best quality, most easy-to-take- care-of weft extensions that are actually affordable. I am a wash-and-go person who swims and hikes, so I need something that looks beautiful and natural without any effort, and I got exactly that. I have had my weft for more than a year, and it still looks wonderful. She also helped me get my hair healthy by giving me the right shampoo and conditioner. Also, Helen never tries to sell you stuff you don't need or want. She meets you exactly where you are and gives you exactly what you want, ready to advise you, but not pushing anything on you at all. Now I tried the TED treatment because, of course, nothing is better than more of my own hair that unfortunately thinned out in my late thirties. It's an easy, quick appointment during which Helen washed my hair and then applied some kind of growth serum and ultrasound to make the serum go deeply onto the hair. I went in for a hair cut and asked for my bangs to be trimmed. I even mentioned prior how I want to let them grow after this trim .
